System should allow user to set the Deadline date and prompt dates for relevant users to review and

To verify that System will take default deadline and prompt dates if the dates are not set in the system

To verify that scheduler will send email and DMS Inbox notification to Sales Operations, Head of Regio
and Area managers on prompt date to ask user to review and confirm forecast of the given month
before the deadline date

User can only view current and past month forecastand set/edit forecast of
future month before the monthly deadline date set in system.

User will not be allowed to edit the original forecast after the initial submission.
User can only modify forecasted % in revised forecast field for any modification
performed subsequent to the first submission

User can enter remarks in remarks field upon submitting the original/revised
forecast in the system. Only latest forecast value in the revised forecast column
will be shown.

To verify that on the first day of every month, system will default the forecast
value to zero if the forecast for a particular month is not submitted by the users.
