Sanction is hereby accorded t o the placement of the following Section
Officers of Heads of Department Cadre as Administrative Officers, in their own pay and grade, with charge allowance as admissible under rules, for a period of six months or till such time, the posts are filled up on regular basis on the recommendations of DPCJPSC, whichever is earlier: 1. 2. 3. 4.

The above arrangements are made purely in the interest of
administration and on stop-gap basis and shall not confer any preferential right on these officers for promotion as and when appointments to Administrative Officers (Gazetted) Service are made under rules. Consequent upon their placement, they are posted as Incharge Administrative Officers in the following manner:1. Mr. Ashok Kumar Jagotra, Section Officer, Dte. of Fisheries, J&K,
on his placement is transferred and posted as Administrative
Officer, with the Development Commissioner, Power, against an available vacancy. 2. Mr. Shabir Ahmad Lala, Section Officer, Dte. of Economics &
Statistics, on his placement is transferred and posted as
Administrative Officer in the office of the Drug Controller, against
an available vacancy. 3. Mr. Abdul Hameed Bhat, Section Officer, State Vigilance Organization, on his placement is transferred and posted as Administrative Officer in the office of the Chief Engineer, EM&RE, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
4. Mr. Mohammad Sultan, Section Officer, Office of Superintending
Engineer, Mechanical Circle, Ladakh, HQ Kargil, on his placement is transferred and posted as Administrative Officer in the office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, against an available vacancy. Advance T.E. as admissible under rules is also sanctioned in favour of the officers, in whose case, change of station is involved.
