consumables. And ENTREPOT TRADE and PI number should be shown on the bank slip.
For these QC/CAL payment to account no. of MR Investments (HK) Limited at HSBC HongKong, it can be
remitted with other payment together.
3. Shipment Dates: The exact shipment dates may be changed a little due to the production arrangement.
4. Purchase Order: Please clearly mention the PN, product description, Lot No., and also please show
Ordering Cycle Order in the remark.
5. The minimum order quantity is 5 kits.
6. Any modification on the ordering cycle will be informed to you immediately.
Shipment:
Your order will be air transported via DHL and you are required to provide an account number accordingly, or
Mindray will charge the DHL fee on PI.
Storage and Usage:
Please keep the above mentioned reagents at 2-8 (35.6-46.4) for routine storage. Normally, controls /
calibrators have 2-3 months closed vial stability. Regarding the open vial life time, its around 14 days for controls
and 7 days for calibrators. The controls are required for daily start-up while calibrator is recommended when
necessary.
Before using, you need to remove the controls/calibrators out of refrigerator and equilibrate at room temperature
(15-30 / 59-86) for 15 minutes. The controls/calibrators should be completely mixed before use.
