TheQuality plan submits by the Qualityperson to theQuality controller. ThisQuality
plan submission time is 2hour before the international Quality and 1hour for
domesticQuality. The Qualitycontroller checkout all the information on the
Qualityplan and after checkout all the information he gives the permission to
RubberQuality. After the permission theQuality plan sent to the next person to send
the destination Industries. Here the person sent this Qualityplan with the help of this
software AMHS (aeronautical message handling system). This software works on

Qualityplan
Quality plans are documents filed by an Engr. orQuality dispatcher with the
local Civil Aviation Authority prior to departure which indicate the Quality's planned
orQuality path.Quality Plan form specified in the documentQuality which usually
include basic information such as points of departure and arrival, and estimated
time en industry, alternate Industry in case of bad weather, type ofQuality
(whether instrumentQuality rules [IQR] or visualQuality rules [VQR]), And
information on the commander, the number of people on board on the same plan. In
most countries, required by the IQRQualityplan, but it may be optional only
visualQuality across international borders. Recommended that the Quality plan, too,
especiallyQuality over inhospitable areas, such as water, they also provide a
reminder to rescue personnel, means if the Quality delays. In the United States and

Additionally, ICAO Doc 9880 (Part II, section 3.4) outlines different subsets of the
Extended ATSMHS. The Basic ATSMHS performs an operational role similar to the
Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunication Network with a few enhancements. The
AHSAN JABBAR
Extended ATSMHS provided enhanced features but includes the Basic level of
service capability; in this way it is ensured that users with Extended Service
capabilities can inter-operate, at a basic level, with users having Basic Service
capabilities and vice-versa.
The ATSMHS is provided by a set of end systems, which collectively comprise the
ATS Message Handling System. The systems co-operate to provide users (human or
automated) with a data communication service. The AMHS network is composed of
interconnected ATS Message Servers that perform message switching at the
application layer.
Direct users connect to ATS Message Servers by means of ATS Message User
Agents. An ATS Message User Agent supporting the extended level of service will
use the Basic level of service to allow communication with users who only support
the Basic ATSMHS. (AMHS, 2013)

Incident management
1. Aeronautical billing
Managing anIndustrys revenue stream can be a complex and difficult task. The
20/20 billing module is designed to vastly simplify the collation and billing of
allIndustry related revenue. The system is completely flexible to specific business
requirements while maintaining billing integrity and ease of use.
AHSAN JABBAR
5. Property management
AsIndustry shareholders' and owners' demands grow, non-aeronautical related
income is becoming increasingly important forIndustry. This 20/20 module helps
Industryto manage their rental, lease, license and concession-related interests. It
provides the information you need to make important property related business
decisions.
These all are the information I learned at theIndustry Quality department. We also
fill many IndustryQuality plans in this department.
AHSAN JABBAR
Advantages of IMS
The main advantage of having a truly integrated system is that there are elements
of all three Standards that are similar or the same:
I.
II.
III.
IV.
V.
VI.
VII.
VIII.
An IMS can therefore reduce the auditing time on site because some elements only
need to be verified once rather than for each separate management system. BY
avoiding duplication of systems it should also lead to a more efficient management
process.
AHSAN JABBAR
II.
III.
External audit
IV.
Internal audit

Management review

These are the documents which we can read in the IMS department. Here we know
that how to control the quality and safety. The persons were working in this
department well trained and their mind are really extra ordinary I really too much
like these peoples.
PDCA
Something needs to change: Something's wrong, and needs to be fixed, and you've
worked hard to create a credible vision of where you want it to be in future. But are
you 100% sure that you're right? And are you absolutely certain that your solution
will work perfectly, in every way?
Where the consequences of getting things wrong are significant, it often makes
sense to run a well-RubberIndustry project. That way if the pilot doesn't deliver the
results you expected, you get the chance to fix and improve things before you fully
commit your reputation and resources.
So how do you make sure that you get this right, not just this time but every time?
The solution is to have a process that you follow when you need to make a change
or solve a problem; a process that will ensure you plan, test and incorporate
feedback before you commit to implementation.
A popular tool for doing just this is the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle. This is often
referred to as the Deming Cycle or the Deming Wheel after its proponent, W
Edwards Deming. It is also sometimes called the Shewhart Cycle.
Deming is best known as a pioneer of the quality management approach and for
introducing statistical process control techniques for manufacturing to the Japanese,
who used them with great success. He believed that a key source of production
quality lay in having clearly defined, repeatable processes. And so the PDCA Cycle
as an approach to change and problem solving is very much at the heart of
Deming's quality-driven philosophy. (IMS, 2011)
AHSAN JABBAR
1. PLAN
Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance
with the expected output (the target or goals). By establishing output
expectations, the completeness and accuracy of the spec is also a part of the
targeted improvement. When possible start on a small scale to test possible
effects.
2. DO
Implement the plan, execute the process and make the product. Collect data for
charting and analysis in the following "CHECK" and "ACT" steps.
3. CHECK
Study the actual results (measured and collected in "DO" above) and compare
against the expected results (targets or goals from the "PLAN") to ascertain any
differences. Look for deviation in implementation from the plan and also look for
the appropriateness and completeness of the plan to enable the execution, i.e.,
"Do". Charting data can make this much easier to see trends over several PDCA
cycles and in order to convert the collected data into information. Information is
what you need for the next step "ACT".
4. ACT
Request corrective actions on significant differences between actual and planned
results. Analyze the differences to determine their root causes. Determine where to
apply changes that will include improvement of the process or product. When a
pass through these four steps does not result in the need to improve, the scope to
which PDCA is applied may be refined to plan and improve with more detail in the

Performance Appraisal
Once the employees are recruited, the HR Department has to review their
performance on a regular basis through proper performance appraisals.
Performance appraisal is the process of obtaining, analyzing and recording
information about the relative worth of an employee. The focus of the performance
appraisal is measuring and improving the actual performance of the employee and
also the future potential of the employee. Its aim is to measure what an employee
does.
On the basis of performance appraisal the HR Department will set up an action plan
for each employee. If the employees need any training then he provided that.
Implementing organizational
policies
HR Department has to coordinate with line manager and see that the organizational
policies are being implemented in a proper manner. Disciplinary action can be
initiated against employees who are not following organizational rules and

Commercial department
What is Commercial Management?
The identification and development of business opportunities and the profitable
management of projects and contracts, from inception to completion.
Here Mr. Nadeem javedteaches us and provides us different for reading and
informs us how to CAA commercial department control all the things in the Industry.
The role of a Commercial Manager is highly varied. Those working within the
commercial departments of large, multinational corporations may take individual
responsibility for sales, marketing, contracting, negotiations, finance, contract law
or property management to name but a few.
A focus on profit and loss is a pre-requisite for anyone concerned with an
organizations activities. Sound business acumen, an aptitude with figures, an ability
to view projects long-term, along with impeccable people management skills are
just some of the skills needed to bring the job to life. One day you could be outlining
the beginnings of a new project, the next negotiating contracts and analyzing sales
figures every day requires new skills and creates the need for a hands-on,
practical approach to this talent-filled role.
The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) recognizes the variety of skills
needed by both commercial managers and anyone involved in business, and
offers professional accredited courses covering all industry sectors and skills bases.
It has also published The Commercial Manager which outlines the multifarious
activities demanded of a commercial manager and how such responsibilities should
be approached. The book provides detailed overviews and step-by-step guides
covering the following topics: Commercial awareness; Contracts; Contract
performance; Commercial relationships; Negotiation; Risk management; Postdelivery risk; Project planning; Team building; and Project progression

This stall of Rubber hoses isnt look good. Its look like dirty so make it sure the CAA

As you can see the shop upper side is clear and this is free space. CAA must give an
opportunity for different companies to attach their advertisement there. At least
they can give an offer to shop owner for using that area.
Swot analyses
SWOT analysis is a useful technique for understanding the strengths and
weaknesses you have, and determine all of the opportunities open to you and the
threats it faces.
Strengths
In order to meet the challenges and grasp the growth of the aviation industry

Pakistan for travelers to provide world-class service under the guidance and
supervision. This site includes seven levels and a wide parking ground side, from
this station almost daily customer flow ofcustomers maximum capacity ofcustomer

Weaknesses
As you know I am working in CAA internship of 6-weeks. During my internship I
watch some problems which are the weakness of Pakistan civil aviation authority
and these are given below:
Opportunities
There are many opportunity for the CAAin WAZARIBAD DARSON INDUSTRIES (PVT)

Recommendation
Proposals or recommendations, the best course of action to a special look by official
agencies. Here I recommend some new ideas to Pakistan darson industry (pvt)
limited which are explained below:
Shops appearance
Creating an attractive product display can draw the customer in, promote a slowmoving item, announce a sale, or welcome a season.
Take time to plan the display. Consider what you want to accomplish, develop a
budget and determine a central theme. You may even want to sketch your display
on paper. Gather your visual display tool box, the merchandise and any props. Make
sure all materials and location (tables, windows, racks) are clean. Choose a slow
time of the day or build the display after hours. (display, 2010)
Once the display is finished, add appropriate signage. Take photos of the display
and keep record of the product sales during the display's existence. Save your
information in a file folder for easy reference. By documenting its success, you can
AHSAN JABBAR
List of product
The sale managers who are running these shops must provide a list of all the
products information which he went to start at the shop.
Prices
All these products buying cost must be mention on that list. The organization must
have an idea to the actual cost of these food products. Keeping a finger on the
pulse of market prices by regular price comparisons can reduce rubber hoses cost.
A standard price approved by the organization which is best for both customer and
seller.
Receipt of bill
Costing recipes/menus provides to the customer when he/she buy anything from the
shop. A stamp or name of the organization must be mentioned on that list. It is a
right way for selling any product and ensure that customer we are not charging high
prices.
Accurately cost recipes also provide valuable information for sales mix analysis and
menu engineering.
This is not a tough work to do. The shop keeper only required scanner for products
and a machine for receipt.
An Idea
AHSAN JABBAR
The Darson industry (PVT) limited wazaribad Pakistan building is small as well when
you look at the capacity. Here one problem is that the capacity do not compete the
demand. Most of the time I watch thecustomer dont have a place to sit or stay. If
there is a lot of customer are keep on then security threat also be a concerning
point. If customer more than threat obviously more. So my concerning point is to
