In India Glycols Ltd.- Working as an AGM Electrical and responsible for entire electrical activities
of plant maintenance and operation activities as well as Power plant and liasoning with UPCL
(Electricity board) for getting trouble free power to plant.
In India Cements Ltd. (Bansawara, Rajasthan)
--Worked as a HOD Electrical in 1.6 MTP cement plant Project (now plant is under production) and 20 MW
power plant project. Over all responsible for entire electrical activities including system design, equipment
selection, vendor evaluation and liaisoning with Govt. authorities.
In ACC Lakheri ( Lakheri Cement Works)
1. Worked as HOD E&I and looked overall activities for Electrical department form mines to packing plant
including Crusher (two nos.), VRM (Two nos.), Kiln (one), Coal mills (three nos.), Cement mills (Six
nos.), Packing plant (Wagon loaders and truck loaders). Active member of a planning board of the
Unit.
2. OH&S (Occupational Health And Safety) Coach: - Under gone the training of OH&S coaching
from Mumbai and coaching entire unit including management and non management staff for OH&S
which includes HIRA (Hazard identification and risk assessment), SOP(Standard operating procedure),
JSA (Job safety analysis), SOT (Safety observation tour), RCA, Safety solve, etc.
3. Manpower and spare planning. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems like
motor, power Transformer, and circuit breaker- ACB, vacuum contactor (6.6 KV), SF6 CB (up to6.6 KV).
4. Power distribution- Load management, Black-out Condition. 132/6.9 KV switchyard, maintenance of
power & distribution transformers. Maintenance and Overhauling of HT, LT and DC motors.

Looked both kiln (6500TPD and 7500TPD) and coal mills with coal stacker and reclaimer. Before it I was
looking three cement mills (110,120 and 135 tph respectively) with packing plant and wagon loading
area (Average dispatch cap. 12000 tons per day).
Worked on Deputation at DUBAI with M/S. Binani Cement LLC Dubai for three months for the
project planning and ordering of 3rd cement mill (120TPH FLS) and maintenance of two cement mills
with packing plant. Project planning , drive selection, drawing checking and approval for Cement mill
120TPH project at Dubai (Binani Cement Factory L.L.C., Dubai), Laisoning work with DEWA (Dubai
Electricity and Water Authority) regarding 11 KV supply
Working experience in MCC, PCC, HT Panel (6.6KV) and related protection system.

equipment.

and Andhra Pradesh. Further the expansion of the ICL is going on. The capacities as on Dec 2009 have
increased multifold to 14 million tons per annum. ICL Bansawara (earlier name was Mahi Cement) Capacity1.6MTPA, is in project stage a with 20 MW power plant. For future aspects the engineering for second line has
been also started.
ACC Lakheri --- ACC Limited is Indias foremost manufacturer of cement with a countrywide network of
factories and marketing offices. Established in 1936, ACC has been a pioneer and trend-setter in cement and
concrete technology. Among the first companies in India to include commitment to environment protection as

Binani Cement ltd. Pindwara Distt. Sirohi, Raj. --- Binani Cement is 5.5MTPA plant having ISO 9001, ISO
14001, OHSAS & 18001. With 3*25 MW power generation by captive power plant (Cithar vessels)
Jay prakash Associates (J. P. GROUP) Rewa MP. ---JP group is the fast growing company Based Rewa MP
Cement Manufacturer and power generation (Thousands MW in hydro and Hundreds MW in thermal). It has
three kilns in single location (MP) with cement mills, packing plant and power plants. Now JP is increasing its
capacity in Cement manufacturing and power generation by installing more than five cement plants with
power plants at various locations in India.

cement ltd. Beawar Rajasthan -- Shree cement limited is a Rajasthan Based (Beawar) Cement
Manufacturer With an installed capacity of 6.6 MTPA across six plants. The first plant was commissioned in
1985 with a capacity of 0.6 MTPA, which was increased to 0.76 MTPA in 1994 - 95. The second Plant was
commissioned in 1997 with a capacity of 1.24 MTPA.The cumulative capacity was enhanced by debottlenecking and balancing equipment in December 2001 to 2.6 MTPA.The company exceeded a 100%
capacity utilization and produced 2.75 MTPA in 2002- 03. This output makes the company the largest singlelocation cement producer in north India (the sixth largest in the country). The company accounted for approx.
15 % of Rajasthans Capacity and 2.5 % of Indias production in 2002- 03.The 36 MW captive power plant that
started commercial Generation from April 2003 is expected to enhance its competitive edge.
Mangalam Cement ltd. Morak, Distt. Kota Raj . -- Mangalam Cement is a part of B. K. Burlap group of
companies located in kota Distt., has two complete units from crusher to packing plant of capacity of 2 MTPA.
