Cost of living

based upon cost of living where looking at middle class lower in India one can easily determine how
much to charge to the end customer
this type of cost of living strategy can also help in determining which products can enter and which
products utility can't do business either a locality or a state where the company is looking to do business
with
prices are fixed by the company on the basis of what the existing companies pricing is based on which
rise in cost of living proportionate share based prices are fixed
example
suppose in a locality prices of hindustan lever is 10 rs and cost of living of that locality is 10000 rs
if proctor and gamble want to do business it has to look at how much would be the cost of living of that
locality in coming 5 years and say if they come to conclusion that it would increase to 20000 rs cost of
living
pricing strategy to determine which products can do business in that locality would be determines like
10000

10 rs

20000 how much

20000 *10
---------------

= 20 rs

10000

only those prices which come within 20 rupees in that industry segment can do business and think of
profits

any product which surpasses 20 rupees can never think of huge profits and have to be satisfied with
marginal profits in that particular segment of products

so to do profits by company only those products can be introduced which satisfy the condition of prices
charged under 20 rs or less

I read the book colossus , I got a huge knowledge about USA

I like to share that knowledge that they accomplished unity not by warfare but by negotiation

how ???

through sharing financial instruments with each other to bring about disunited regions under one region
head called United States of America

can this be implemented in INDIA was my question ???

I saw the latest Indian political map , got a huge vomiting sensation

India in 1980s when I was born was very exciting to watch out for with huge land masses of states and
newly formed BJP of INDIA

I wrote in previous article about benefits of huge states for our country
big states with big constituencies offer huge rewards of social security

how ???

there is scope of land masses being used properly for entire society to relish as small states lose real
estate easily and create friction with each other also easily because of construction of barriers between
two farmers not to breach their privacy with each other

how can a disunited states join together should be your question

how ???

by sharing financial rewards of centre with state

centre allocates finance which it does every now and then but this time share finance by centre with
states for bringing unity with states by joining them
most of the states have been groomed up on language but they do have one thing in common

history of unity

by allowing states chief ministers to join hands with centre by allowing them access to finance as was
done in USA during the times of Abraham Lincoln

this can be accomplished

it is little bit awkward to read such type of literature written by me

but if practicable and if ray of hope as was seen during samaikhya Andhra Pradesh type of politicians
being into existence

this type of awkward thought process can be made possible through cooperation by uniting states with
the help of chief ministers to bring in solidarity and unity between people and creating history in the
pages of our country
when USA can accomplish it to certain extent without bloodshed why cant we follow it and remove
bloodshed to bring in unity among INDIANS

cost of living is explained as people living in one geographical area having similar style of living pattern
to take care of family responsibility

psychographic segmentation is the easiest way to see similar minds flocking to get solace from each
other to manage affairs of the country

people with similar acceptance automatically groom up similar type of employment and construction of

about solidarity in nation and geography because of similar taste buds

hence psychographic segmentation is the need of the hour to groom up entry exit barriers explained in

public comes into operation and awareness public and knowledgeable public is always handy to do
governance easily without disturbing peace and tranquility of our country

The biggest mistake seen in real estate market in INDIA

lack of establishment buildings to sell for business revenue to generate

I have been watching the development of noida and wanted to purchase them in coming years time
but alas I took a back seat
while evaluating their growth and other real estate markets in and around major cities
there is more construction in residential flats than construction of commercial plots for sale
these are far less and never groomed up in huge numbers and left to residential groom up

maybe I think fascination of family is very widely discussed issue with real estate owners to show
solidarity
if they have commonsense solidarity of life is how to cater to these residential flat owners should be the
issue
if I was a real estate builder of INDIA I would promote commercial plots for peace of mind than go on
constructing residential plots
establishment building is the cry as people dont know why entrepreneurship is lagging in India
they should look from the perspective of development in commercial plots in India to see the growth of
entrepreneurship
this type of mindset is one angle of developing entrepreneurship in our country to see growth and drive
and initiative in our country

I was reading the price of politics of Bob Woodward where state of medical fees told by author is very
pitiable state of affairs in USA

seeing that medical fees is very astronomical and eating away the GDP growth rate of USA

I came upon a scheme , maybe applicable to certain extent is to be tested out

Medical scheme under insurance

at the time of inception of child into economic men 10% of his salary to be paid for medical insurance

why 10% and why not 25%

it is because 70:20:10 is the ratio of expenditure:loans:savings taken from richest man of Babylon book
10% amount of salary came from savings for future

this time period of payment should be for 35 years

why 35 years ???
because that many years an economic men invest in earning money livelihood for his family
incase certain amount is not used for the payment made for medical and is left out , that portion of
money should be returned back to the economic men on his completion of retirement years in service
because for certain duration of 35 years workload of keeping money safe with government was taken up
in the form of medical amount government should have the right to keep 1/4th of the principal amount
3/4th of the money to be returned back to the retiree for his medical and other expenses to be incurred
during his old age

RBI and the interest rate paid by the banks should be monthly or quarterly or half yearly or annually
in INDIA

RBI has passed on a regulation that monthly charges can be paid by the banks on interest as per decision
of the banks as per their choice

what happens if interest is charged quarterly or yearly

on the assigned accumulation of wealth on the date of quarterly or yearly how much money is their with
the bank interest rate is charged , suppose on that particular date of interest charging money with bank
is huge bank has to pay a heavy interest
if the amount of money with the bank on that particular date of quarterly or yearly is less with the bank
it has to pay less interest to the depositor
suppose the depositor knows the day on which interest is paid , beforehand the depositor can
accumulate wealth and ask bank to pay a heavy interest and then withdraw the money in coming days
to pay his nominal expenditure

as per the article read in the internet it has been stated that monthly payment of interest is more money
to the depositor than accumulated interest paid annually or quarterly
a rupee today is better than tomorrow also is applicable in getting huge money in the form of monthly
interest as accumulated deposit gives you more income to the aged or retired when interest is paid
monthly

hence RBI decision to pay monthly interest on the deposit is valuable insight to depositors wealth than
quarterly or yearly payment

I completed reading the book after the music stopped and came upon analyzing it in my mind
See what I discovered !!!!
Depositors come to bank and ask for loans (housing for example)
After the loan is sanctioned they wait for few years for the house to appreciate
They pay interest till appreciated value of asset increases more than principal amount + interest
Once it increases substantially and they have enough money to profit they can sell it
They ask for further on loans
Further loans can even be more than one house purchase
Interest rate being less and the loan is huge the depositors can easily earn finance in INDIA
In USA subprime lending is usually adopted in the form of further on loans on the basis of appreciated
cost of asset purchased through loans on housing

The only solution to this problem is

Charge interest rate on housing loans to cover up principal amount + interest earned on it with
appreciated money being covered up in the form of interest rate charged
How to determine appreciated cost of asset given as mortgage
Through municipality cost of living over a period of loan sanctioned (EVALUATION)
