WHEREAS I am a student and entitled to an education loan from the

Goa Education Development Corporation, Porvorim and due to my studies I
may not be able to travel here and there for the purpose of getting the loan
formalities done and therefore I hereby appoint my Father/Mother to do the
following acts.

To approach the Goa Education Development Corporation at Porvorim or at

any other place and apply for educational loan on the Scheme, terms,
conditions which may be application from time to time and for this purpose
to fill up any forms, sign the same, swear affidavits, produce documents,
papers, certified and Xerox copies and represent me before any authority to
obtain the said loan and sign any agreements, papers, documents or any
writings, including Indemnity and Guarantee Bonds, to effects the payment
of any money, sums, advances and obtain and demand receipts and do all
other acts, deeds and things which may be required for the said purpose, to

produce any documents and papers and do such other acts, deeds and things
necessary hereafter.

To file, defend and carry on with any cases, suits or proceedings in any and
all courts, including Revenue, civil and criminal, Land Acquisitions,
accident Claims, and carry on with the same till its final stages including
appellate and Revisional courts and to file plaints, W.S., Replies, counter
replies, Swear affidavits and depose and verify under oath, to appoint
advocates, pleaders, counsels and confer on them such powers as may be
necessary from time to time and sign on my behalf wherever necessary, to
compromise, Compound and reach to an amicable settlement to any dispute
and effect and receive any payments and sign on my behalf before such
courts and Appellate authorities and do all acts, deeds and things which my
attorney deems fit and proper.

GENERALLY to act as my attorneys or agents in relation to the above

matters and all others in which we may be interested or concerned and we
hereby agree to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever our said attorneys
does or purports to do by virtue of these presents.
