U.S. 474 2d 215; The law provides that once State and Federal jurisdiction have been
challenged, it must be proven. Main v Thiboutot 100. S. Ct 2501 (1980); "Jurisdiction can
be challenged at any time " and "jurisdiction, once challenged, cannot be assumed and must
be decided". Basso v Utah Power and Light Co. 495 F.2d 906,910. United States v. Bishop,
412 US 346 Relying on prior decisions of the Supreme Court is a perfect defense against willfulness.

I, Jamah Hasan Bey, Marcus Jamah Garvin, ex rel. MARCUS JAMAH GARVIN, conjoined with
all derivatives thereof, have sent (via Certified United States Mail) Lawful Avernment of
Jurisdiction/Writ of Quo Warranto regarding the captioned subject matter.
This Lawful Writ of Quo Warranto is being sent to you, Sheriff Troy D. Berry, et. al.,
Private-For-Profit Beneficiaries and Profiting Representatives of the SHERIFFS OFFICE
FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND, lawfully Requesting information so that your
warrant and authority (assumed Jurisdiction) can be established on Record and for the
Record:
(Please copy then answer all eighteen (18) questions in writing (check applicable boxes where
necessary) and return answers and supporting documents to me within Three (3) days of receipt of this
lawful Writ of Quo Warranto).
1. You, Troy D. Berry, et. al., are hereby Requested to provide Certified Verifiable proof of the
Nationality for yourself and each of the Corporate Representatives who has anything to do with this
case within the Private Foreign For-Profit Entity known as the CHARLES COUNTY SHERIFFS
OFFICE FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND.
2. Send me the certified document of Delegation of Authority Order issued to your Corporation from
the Congress of the United States Republic of North America
3. I demand and request proof of the nationality of the person(s) who authorized this document. Proof
of your Organizations political allegiance and the Delegation of Authority of all person(s)
participating in this claim.

6. When and where did the United States Republic Constitution establish your Corporation?
7. What is Lawful money?
8. For the person(s) who issued this instrument, please come forth in writing, document your proof to
claim authority in law under the United States Republic Constitution.
9. Any person(s) in your Corporation that has a claim against me to whom I have made a contract of
debt or loaned me anything of substance at any time please produce that instrument of debt so I can
verify or dismiss it. Based on the validity or the lack thereof.
10. Where under the United States Republic Constitution authorized your Corporation to lay and collect
taxes?
11. You are ALL hereby Requested to provide Certified Verifiable proof showing that you are licensed to
do business in the Maryland State Republic at North America.
12. You are ALL hereby Requested to provide information on the Nature of the Jurisdiction that you are
operating in, and/or which you are claiming such a tax.

your assumption is made that I have violated the Supreme Law of the Land (united States Republic
Constitution) by traveling in my conveyance, NOT in Commerce, as is my unalienable birthright.

Republic's Constitution?
If yes, provide Full Name, Address and Nationality of the Organization and / or Guild and the
Full Name, Nationality and Address of the Physical Living Being, which is the Agent of such

and / or Guild to address me.

As all government entities and alleged private corporations must be a creature of the
American Constitution, this is a formal Request and Command for above listed private
corporations and Agents/Officers/Public Servants to produce for the record, the
physical documented Delegation of Authority, as Proof of Jurisdiction, as required by
Law, per Article III, Section 1 of the Untied States Republic Constitution.
PUBLIC HAZARD BONDING OF CORPORATE AGENTS All officials are required
by federal, state, and municipal law to provide the name, address and telephone
number of their public hazard and malpractice bonding company and the policy
number of the bond and, if required, a copy of the policy describing the bonding
coverage of their specific job performance; pursuant to Regulation Z, please provide within
Three (3) days. Failure to provide this information constitutes corporate and limited
liability insurance fraud (15 USC) and is prim a facie evidence and grounds to
impose a lien upon the official personally to secure their public oath and service of
