The Internet, telecommunications and mobile communication are cross-sectional technologies that play a
decisive role in all areas of business. Creative, personalized communication solutions affect our daily lives and
enable innovative applications, for example in the areas of unified communications, mobile radio networks,
cloud computing, big data, smart home, smart grids and critical infrastructure systems. From Internet services
and Voice over IP to network and cyber security, Long Term Evolution, wireless LAN and smartphone applications
in the future, there will be great demand for intelligent, secure and efficient solutions.
The part-time Telecommunications and Internet Technologies masters degree program offers a compact, practiceoriented postgraduate education at the cutting edge of technology. Students are trained to be specialists with
comprehensive technical knowledge in the fields of Internet technology and telecommunications. The efficient
organization of the program and the use of distance-learning elements allow students to optimize the coordination
of their studies with their work schedules.
