Sheltech Brokerage Limited is a TREC-holder of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) and
holds a Stock-Broker & Stock-Dealer license from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and it is also a full service Depository Participant of Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL).

In 2013 the Sheltech Pvt. LTD, the board of directors, along with the current management of
Sheltech Brokerage Limited made an acquisition of GQ Securities Limited. With this, SBL
started its journey on DSE. The company was transformed to the market leading standard just
within six month of the acquisition. We have earned this recognition through our performance
and our clients head on, with initiative, insight and innovation.

scenario in the first 9 month of its running. During the same time the market share of Sheltech Brokerage Limited rose from 0.2% to 2.0% , also Sheltech Brokerage Limited climbed up
135 places in the DSE rank table. Sheltech completed the year with 27th place in the ranking
on December and completed February 2015 as 16th on the rank table. This way, Sheltech Brokerage Limited started the journey to become the number one of its industry.

Managing Director

He is also the Chairman and Founder of Envoy Group. He is

the Former President of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers
and Exporters Association (BGMEA), Metropolitan Chamber
of Commerce and Industry (MCCI). He is also the Former
Secretary General of Bangladesh Olympic Association
(BOA). He is associated with several professional, social and
sports organizations.

Dr. Toufiq M. Seraj is the Founder Managing Director of

Sheltech Private Limited. He is an Engineer and Planner by
profession. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Civic Design from the
University of Liverpool, UK. He formerly held academic positions in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology
(BUET). He has wide range of publications in national and
international journals.
He is the Chairman of Forum for Physical Development of
Bangladesh (FPD). He is the former President of Bangladesh
Institute of Planners (BIP). He was the President of Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) for
three consecutive terms (2000-2006). He was also the President of Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management
(BSTQM) and Bangladesh Tennis Federation (BTF).

Engr. Choudhury Jamal Ashraf is the Vice Chairman & CEO of

Sheltech Engineering Ltd. Engr. Choudhury is a civil engineering
graduate from BUET. Prior to joining business he was BCS officer in the Government. He has extensive professional experience in the field of construction and project management.

The current CEO, Moin Uddin worked as a key personnel in both

IDLC Securities and City Brokerage, the two top brokerages of the

one of the largest portfolios of local capital market. The experience is
reflected in the new client base of Sheltech Brokerage as it has built
a large base of high net worth clients within a very short time. He
