EXPERIENCE

Project Manager
• Worked as a project manager involved with ground-up and retail construction projects. Duties included budget estimating,
buyout, scheduling, purchasing materials and field management of superintendents and contractors from start of projects to
finish.

2008 - 2009 The Methodist Hospital, Texas Medical Center Houston, TX


Project Manager - FMS Design and Construction
• Oversaw capital construction projects from initial estimates for funding to closeout documents, including coordination of
TDSHS, TAS, life safety, infection control and city inspections.

• Projects included a 9 story new stucco façade, OR, lab and public ADA restroom renovations, ER and decontamination
renovation, plus various miscellaneous patient unit projects.
• Worked alongside Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers of various departments in meeting with design professionals from
design inception through the construction process to final punch list.

2004 – 2008 Levinson • Alcoser Associates, L.P. Houston, TX


Construction Manager
• Involved in the development and streamlining of the construction administration process for the design and ground up
construction of Capital One Banks throughout the state of Texas.
• Responsible for drawing prototype coordination providing more consistency in the design and construction phases for new
bank buildings.
• Perform jobsite inspections with developers, bank representatives, engineering consultants and general contractors to
assure quality control during the construction phase through closeout.

2003–2004 PM Realty Group Houston, TX


Assistant Vice President, Construction Management
• Acted as a liaison and conducted meetings between landlords, tenants and the design professionals generating construction
drawings.

• Reviewed and issued construction drawings; collected bids, qualifying them for thoroughness and created spreadsheets for
presentation to the landlord and/or tenant representatives.
• Directed and oversaw various construction projects from inception to close out.

1998 - 2003 McCord Development, Inc. / Navisys Group Houston, TX


Project Manager
• Implemented new procedures and improved existing procedures for greater efficiency.
• Responsible for all construction coordination for the entire Downtown MDI portfolio including tenant and capital improvement
renovations.
• Managed in excess of 900,000 square feet of tenant build out at other properties throughout the city.

• Duties included estimating, project management and administrative tasks on a multitude of construction projects.
• Projects included medical remodels, tenant build outs, and shell buildings.
