The Median Sales Price in August was $335,000, up 6.3% from $315,000 in August of 2014 and up 17.5% from $285,000 last month. The Average Sales Price
in August was $357,921, down -1.5% from $363,260 in August of 2014 and down -4.4% from $374,477 last month. August 2015 ASP was at a mid range
compared to August of 2014 and 2013.
