• Participate in basic negotiation of contracts.
• Assist in other basic legal review of documents, including company policies and proposals prepared in response to requests for proposal.
• Create and maintain contracts database and other records databases.
• Process corporate filings, including entity formation and dissolution.
• Manage various insurance-related records and renewal process.
• Conduct research as needed.
• Work with internal and external clients as necessary.
• Assist with educating business partners on legal point-of-view and work with them to understand their needs.
• Review, process, and track legal-related invoices.
• Coordinate and assist with preparation of budget.
• Perform special projects as requested.
