Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, herein called the VENDOR.
-andREUBEN MARK G. MANDAP and BRYAN JAMES G. MANDAP of
legal age, with residence and postal address at Block 110 Lot. 27 F. Flores St.
Katarungan Village, Muntinlupa City herein called the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH
That the vendor is the registered and absolute owner of a land and
more particularly describe as follows:

buy the above described real property, under the terms and conditions
herein set forth:
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of One Million Six
Hundred Thousand Pesos only

Currency, in hand paid and delivered by REUBEN MARK G. MANDAP and
BRYAN JAMES G. MANDAP likewise of legal age, Filipino residing at Block
110 Lot. 27 F. Flores St. Katarungan Village, Muntinlupa City, receipt of which
is hereby and by these presents SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the
said property his heirs, successors and assigns, the above described of land.
That I hereby warrant my title to peaceful possession over the said
land and that the same is free from all aliens and encumbrances whatsoever
