10+2 passor equivalent from any Recognized Board.
(b)
Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in
English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on manual

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(Please Read The Instructions Carefully Before Filling The Application)
1.
Application in the prescribed format as given in appendix 'A' on plain paper duly typed or neatly
handwritten and supported with attested copies of the relevant mark sheet, certificates (Original Copies
should not be forwarded) etc should reach 'Senior Quality Assurance Establishment, DGQA
Complex, Ministry of Defence, Badarpur, New Delhi -110044', clearly super scribing 'APPLICATION
FOR THE POST OF 'Lower Division Clerk (LDC)' within 21 (Twenty one) days from the date of
publication of this advertisement in 'Employment News'/' Rozgar samachar'. In respect of applications
sent by post/speed post from the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh,
Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti Districts and Panji sub-division
of Chamba District of Himanchal Pradesh, A&N Islands or Lakshadweep or abroad, the last date of
receipt of application for the post is 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of publication of the
advertisement. Applications received after due date will not be considered. Application received in any
other format/paper in torn/ mutilated condition shall be discarded.
2.
Two recent passport size photograph, one affixed at appropriate place provided for in the
application format, duly attested by a gazetted officer.
3.
The selection of candidates will be based on Preliminary Screening, Written Test followed by
Trade test, Interview, medical fitness and character verification from concerned authorities.
4.
The proof of belonging to reserved category or Government Servant for claiming age relaxation
with validity as on closinq date along with application is to be submitted by the applicant of respective
category.

5.
One self addressed envelope (of size 30 erns X 12 cms) affixed with postal stamp of Rs 25/should be submitted along with the application for sending call letter to the short listed candidates for
test/interview.

No TA will be paid for attending the tests. The free travel concessions extended. by Ministry of
Railways to appear in tests/interviews for selection to Central Government Jobs for unemployed youth
should be made use of by applicable candidates.

7.
The crucial date for determining the age and eliqibiiity shall be the closing/last date for receipt of
the application i.e. 21 days from the date of publication in 'Employment News'/'Rozgar Sarnachar'.
Note:- In respect of names forwarded by the 'Employment Exchange' the crucial date fo:rdetermining the
age limit shall be the closingllast date of the application, as published in theadvertisementunder' column.

Incomplete or unsigned application and applications received without
