Art of Problem Solving has a huge repository of problems from previous IMOs
(including shortlist and longlist problems), as well as national olympiads from
various countries around the world. Take a look at Olympiad Resources Art of
Problem Solving .
As for books, I've heard that Problem Solving Strategies by Engel is helpful.
