I decided to start a Wow! Signal Journal when I posted the following to Youtube video Neil Freer
Presents Sapiens Rising To Cosmic Citizenship:

I just figured something out that makes me believe more in the Anunnaki. I wrote in my
paper The Process: "The sighting was in Utah, which is between Nevada and Wyoming.
Nevada is home to the famous Area 51, a secret military bases surrounded by lots of UFO
sightings and theorized by conspiracy theorists to harbor extraterrestrials with whom the
government is working. Wyoming is the home of Devils Tower, where first contact was
made with extraterrestrials in the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind, by Steven
Spielberg. Utah is also bordered by Arizona where The UFO Congress meets every year
and by New Mexico where the Roswell UFO Crash Sight was. Also, the sighting in Utah
was at 10:17 PM Utah time. The SETI Wow! Signal was at 10:17 PM Eastern Time.
Nephi being in the center of Utah might indicate the Wow! Signal was sent from the
Anunnaki.

+OVNI Gitano This UFO sighting that was at the 10:17 PM of the SETI Wow Signal and
is case number 56789, which are the consecutive integers five through nine. It was in
Utah, which is surrounded by the UFO hot spots and has the city NEPHI at its center
which was named for the NEPHILIM by the Mormons, which is Hebrew for Anunnaki. I
find all of this strange, and the story about how I searched for this case number at
MUFON is strange, which I have written out and made available online.

I have debunked my own UFO claim of July 09 2015 as merely birds. But, despite that, I leave
the story in this document because of the strange occurrences surrounding the event such as:
1. Hawks the next day in the line of sight of the sighting.
2. The strange case number I received when reporting the sighting to MUFON
3. The black helicopter, which is an event thought to surround UFO sightings.

July 09, 2015 (7:30 PM 8:00 PM)

I filmed my first UFO. Appeared 250 degrees from true north, almost due west (South West, 20
degrees above the horizon). I filed a report with MUFON. It is case number 67958. Those
numbers can be rearranged as 56789. The next day I filmed my first hawk sighting for 2015 and
they were in a tree branch that was right in the line of sight of the UFO I filmed the day before.

Long Description of Sighting Report

I thought the best way to film a UFO was to film normal air activity whenever possible. I
filmed a Helicopter going North, then moved to a chemtrail, which was faint. A black orb
appeared and disappeared, I later found when looking for the chemtrail in the film. I
think I may have seen it while filming, don't know, a lot was going on at the time. After
filming the orb, The helicopter returned, but this time heading south. I filmed the
Helicopter as well.

Long Description of Sighting Report
Out on the usual night hike in to some nearby BLM land for star gazing my friend and I
noticed a bright light pass just above us, it dimmed out briefly just a one time. We
thought nothing of it, at first I thought it was a bright satellite. Using his smartphone my
friend used an app to see if it was the space station or some other satellite. It was not,
and then it went through the clouds and we could see beams of light emitting in all
directions on and through the clouds also casting shadows in the clouds. It was obvious
me us then that it was not that high in elevation. It was moving quite fast. Much faster
than the planes around it. We then stopped to observe a jetliner flying south east on the
other side of the sky at the same elevation as the clouds to compare the two. They were
nothing a like. We definitely heard the jetliner, we could easily make out the multitude of
aircraft lights, the bright light traveling NE was one bright white light and made no
sound.

Historical Development Of Computer Science Connecting It To

Extraterrestrials
We have stated that at the basis of mathematics is (Discover, Contact, and
Climate by Ian Beardsley):

We have found with standard input, hello, rotating by the simplest values
1, 2, 3, in the oldest of ciphers, caesars cipher, h becomes:
(i, j, k)
and we have taken it as a hello from extraterrestrials. How could they
have influenced the development of our variables like the unit vectors, (i, j,
k) and make them coincide with our computer science? To approach this
question, we look at the historical development of our computer science.
We begin with, why is (a, b, c) represented by (97, 98, 99) in ascii computer
code? Our system developed historically in binary. Zero is a bit and one is
a bit. The characters on the keyboard are described by a byte, which is
eight bits. That makes possible 2^8 = 256 codes available in the eight bit
system.
Characters 0-31 are the unprintable control codes used to control
peripherals. Characters 32-127 are printable characters. Capital A to
capital Z are codes 65-90 because codes 32-64 are taken up by characters
such as exclamation, comma, period, space, and so on. This puts lower
case a to lower case z at codes 97-122. So we see the historical
development of the ascii codes are centered around the number of

characters we have on a keyboard and the way they are organized on it,
and on the number of codes available.
The way it works is we first allowed the unprintable characters to take up
the lowest values, then we let the other symbols other than the letters such
as, commas, spaces, periods, take up the next set of values, then we let
the remaining values represent the letters of the alphabet starting with the
uppercase letters followed by the lowercase letters. That is how we got the
values we got for (a, b, c) which we surmise is connected to a hello from
extraterrestrials.

The Next Logical Step In AI Connection

Once we know the numeric values for the letters of the alphabet, like a is
one, b is two, c is three, and so on, it is easy to trace how they required
their values in ascii computer code. We know that history well. As for the
letters of the alphabet, if you are the historian H.G. Wells you can trace
them back to Ancient Egypt, but the history is quite foggy. First the
Egyptians had for instance the image of the sea, and it might make the
sound of C, and as the hieroglyphic moved west and changed its shape for
as he says, ease of brushstroke, it took the form C. Reaching ancient
Greece we have an assortment of symbols that have sounds, and, again,
as Wells says, they add the vowels. It becomes the basis for our alphabet
in the English language. We could look at the evolution of computer
science throughout the world, but so far our study, that seems to connect
its evolution to some kind of a natural force or, extraterrestrials, has been
rooted mostly in the United States.

Acknowledge Enquiry
The ASCII codes are the values for the keys on the keyboard of your
computer. Since there are 365 days in a year and the Earth is the third
planet from the sun, we look at the numbers three, six, and five.
Three represents the symbol ETX which means End Of Text.
But we will take the ET to stand for Extraterrestrial, and the X to stand for
origin unknown.
Six represents the symbol ACK and it means Acknowledge.
Five represents the symbol ENQ and means Enquiry.
As you know, I have put standard input of hello into my program for
Caesars Cipher and rotated the first letter, h, by the simplest values 1, 2, 3
to get the unit vector (i, j, k) which I have suggested that along with (a, b, c)
and (x, y, z) are at the basis of mathematics.
Therefore I guess that after the extraterrestrial said hello, that he has
followed up with
I am ET-X, please acknowledge the enquiry.
Now how can an ET communicate with humans through the structure of our
computer science unless it was Ets that influenced its development, and,
how do I acknowledge enquiry?

The projection by my calculation through my cosmology of yin, yang, and 15 for the origin of my
message from extraterrestrials was somewhere in the easternmost part of the constellation
Sagittarius. This happens to be the same place where the one possible alien signal was
detected in the Search For Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). It was called The Wow Signal
because on August 15, 1977 the big ear antenna received something that seemed not like star
noise, but exactly what they were looking for in an extraterrestrial signal. Its name is what it is
because the astronomer on duty, Jerry R. Ehman wrote Wow! next to the numbers when they
came in. Incredibly, it lasted the full 72 seconds that the Big Ear antenna listened for it. I say
incredible because I have mentioned the importance of 72, not just in my Neptune equation
for which my location in space was derived in part but because of its connection to the Gypsy
Shamans AE-35 antenna and its relation to 72 in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey. The
estimation of the coordinates for the origin of the Wow signal are two:

That is about 2.5 degrees from the star group Chi Sagittarri
It is very close to my calculation for an extraterrestrial civilization that I feel hid a message in our
physics, which I calculate to be near HD 184835 and exactly at:

The telescope that detected the Wow Signal was at Ohio Wesleyan University Delaware, Ohio
called The Perkins Observatory.

Another Projection For Extraterrestrial Contact

There is another way of calculating when the possible message from extraterrestrials in
Sagittarius, the SETI Wow! Signal, will repeat it self. Our discovery of another message from
the same place began with the Gypsy Shamans hose collection of 15 hoses making us realize
that 15 was important because the Earth rotates through 15 degrees in an hour, and 15 seconds
lead to the dynamic integral, Manuels Integral. The first message was on August 15, 1977. We
noted that that 15 of August pointed to the Shamans 15 hoses and the two sevens in 1977 add
up to 14, which when added to the one in 19 is 15 as well, while the 9 is the nine of nine-fifths
that we found in Nature from which we calculated a place in Sagittarius where the SETI Wow!
Signal is. We decoded another message on around May 5 of 2013. The next message should
then be on August 15, 2015, to line up the Shamans fifteens. August is a good time to view the
constellation Sagittarius from where I am in Southern California. Sagittarius has always been
my favorite constellation, because it is in the center of the Galaxy, rich with globular, and open
clusters that can be viewed with binoculars. Summer is when stargazing becomes exciting
because you get both a rich sky and warm, uplifting weather. Also, August is the eighth month
and our nine-fifths divided out is one point eight. The one takes you around a circle once,
leaving point eight.

HoHoary 15, 2015

Guess For Second Contact
It is my feeling that first contact with ET's was in Sagittarius (The Wow! Signal) because
that is where my equations point when the parameter t, is zero. However, it is my
feeling that second contact will be in Aquila, around NGC 6738, because that is where
my equations point when I eliminate the parameter, t. I have indicated that one possible
time for this second contact would be around August 15, 2015. Perhaps even on
August 14, 15, and 16 of that same year.

More Entries August 14, 2014

I should probably say I think extraterrestrials sent the Wow signal on
August 15, 1977 because the Earth rotates through 15 degrees in on
hour: August 15 => 15, 1977 => 7+7+1 = 15 and August => month 8,
and 9/5 = 1.8. One takes you around a circle leaving 0.8 and 0.8(360) =
288. 360 - 288 = 72 degrees. 722 is 4(9/5) = 7.2. In 2001: A Space
Odyssey the AE35 Antenna is reported to fail within 72 hours. 72
hours is 3 days in that 24(3) = 72 and 0.72 Astronomical Units is the
Venus-Earth Separation, Venus a failed Earth. Also, the precession of
the earth equinoxes is on degree every 72 years. We also look for ETs
on August 14, 14, and 16 2014, 2015, and 2016 because that is a three
day period (72 hours) and Carbon, the basis of life is in group 14,
Nitrogen is the most abundant element in the Earths atmosphere and
is in group 15, and Oxygen, needed to breathe, is in group 16 (The
Periodic Table). Also, these elements make amino acids, the building
blocks of life. We see that 72 is of prime importance. The SETI Wow
signal lasted 72 seconds.

only able to make crude radio telescope. Received signal between
10:00 PM and 10:15 PM August 14 2015. Need to analyze duration of
signal and time between them to determine whether there is a
mathematical pattern indicating intelligence.

The Radio Telescope is a 10 year old Direct TV Reception dish given

to me by my brother. Power source is 12 volt AC to DC Adapter. Used
$1.75 satellite finder for meter to measure strength of radio signals.
Set gain at noise level, anything on top of that will make it sound.

Had theory predicting ET signal for August 14, 15, 16 of 2015. Was
only able to make crude radio telescope. Received signal between
10:00 PM and 10:15 PM August 14 2015. Need to analyze duration of
signal and time between them to determine whether there is a
mathematical pattern indicating intelligence.
The signals were around Sagittarius and Aquila on Aug 14 (as
predicted), precisely +30 Degrees altitude, and 153 degrees South
East at 10:00 to 10:15. They came in 4 four bursts of one, three, four,
three approximately 84 seconds apart.

I was filming when I was receiving the hypothetical ET signal. The

event being filmed, I was able to measure the duration of the signals
and time between them by using the time indicator on the quicktime
movie.

The Wow signal was measured on August 15, 1977 at 10:17 PM

Eastern Time. I measured my signal on August 14, 2015 between
10:00 PM and 10:15 PM PST. Measuring the Azimuth with a compass
and altitude with a sextant, I was able to use an online converter to
get the field of view of the telescope at the time of the signal, which,
using Cartes Du Ciel, I was able to obtain maps of the field of view,
which were around Libra, Ophiuchus, and Sagittarius. When I worked
at the state observatory in Oregon, about 30 years ago, the professor
that ran the observatory took me out one night at sunrise to show me
his favorite constellation, which was rising with the sun, and it was
Ophiuchus. Libra is home to the most likely extrasolar planet to have
life (gliese 581) Here is the field of view of the hypothetical ET signal:

As you can see the result is about 3 hours east of Sagittarius. This
makes sense. I pointed the telescope at the Sagittarius/Aquila area
because that is where my theory predicted the ET signal should come
from. But I decided to do a sweep of the sky and when I went a little
east of the Sagittarius/Aquila area I got a strong reading and decided
to measure over there, because it is still close to the right area. You
will find if you look for this position on a sky map, the location of the
hypothetical ETs is in the constellation Aquarius, around a planetary
nebula there called NGC 7293. I will provide a map of that area that I
obtained from Cartes Du Ciel:
