a. Constitution
i. Up date to the constitution by Student Affairs office as well as the previous 2014
Student Council
ii. New amendment changes
1. Each club has to do 2 outreaches per year

2. Scrub sale proceeds must go to the same class unless the scrubs are
general NYU scrubs with NO class label

b. Scrub Sales
i. We will be collaborating with D2 class council to help D1s get their personalized
class of 2019 scrubs. Profits will go to the D1 class council.
c. Apparel Sales/Track Jacket Sales
i. We will be selling 4 apparel pieces: crew neck sweater, 3 t-shirts designs
d. Transcript
i. Class poll to gauge interest in getting transcripts and having transcribers
e. Historian position added to class council
i. Internal voting
Clinical Affairs
a. GP Meetings
i. 2 GP reps per GP
ii. Purpose: platform to set a hierarchy for concerns/feedback/etc. If students have
concerns they should speak to their reps reps talk to clinical affairs reps
during meetings clinical affairs will speak to GPs and deans
b. CEE Rotation
i. As of now: no CEE given during rotations
ii. If CEE were to be given during rotations then the minimum overall CEE will be
increased.
iii. We will NOT proceed with this agenda
Curriculum Affairs
a. NBDE
i. Mock exam Attendance was poor. 63 students showed up.
ii. Released exams will be handed down to Student Council so other classes can
use them
b. ePortfolio Feedback
i. Focus groups will get together from all the years to help facilitate
changes/improvements of ePortfolios
ii. Public/private statements will be consolidated
iii. ePortfolios should be more accessible application? Pictures?
c. Divide and conquer with clinical affairs
i. Courses will be split between clinical and curriculum to split the workload
Student Affairs
a. Coffee with the dean
i. Two coffee with the deans per semester
ii. Coffee with the dean will be scheduled for convenience for A and B groups
Outreach
a. Improving the sign-up process
b. Win homeless shelter
i. Human of New York
ii. 12 homeless shelters. One shelter targeted per month.
1. Services provided in addition with screenings: HW help, sports with the
children, etc.
2. Council will partner up with different clubs
Social
a. After boards/New Year Kick off party

i. Friday 9/25/15 at Tonic council will provide food.
