city. I graduated DUE where I majored in CF.
When I left the university, I started to work for a hotel, as a sales & marketing position.
At there, my duty are to find new customers, take care of of old customer. Creat tour
program for visitor. Deploy promotion activities of the hotel. Receiv the booking from
customers or travel agency. Morever, I had to make a good relationship with travel
agency anh tour guides.
I enjoy being around different types of people, I want to improve my everything I do.
In my free time, I usually go out with my friends, lisstening to music, take part in out
door activities and join E courses to develop my E skills.

The work of the merchandise is to work and contact with the clients to receive the
purchasing orders or receive them from the managers.
To follow the schedule of importing Fabrics and Accessories , then balance them
appropriately.
Follow-up the quality inspection of QA and warehouse. Solving problem if there is any
damage when receiving the material from supplier.
Besides, observe the productions process.
Follow-up the check of QA and customer until cargoes are loaded.
Finally, drawing the balancesheet with factory and customer.

I think that anyjob has it own pressure. In this way or that way, the only thing I can do is
to learn how to adapt it. My habbit is planning anything before starting to work. Then, I
wil know that I have to do first and what is next step. By this way, most of the work are
in my control.

My short term goal is to find a positon where I can use my knowledge and my strengths
that I have. I want to take part in the growth and success of the company I work for.
My long term goal is becomes a valued employee of the company. I want to make a

career, I want a special career that I can be proud of

Teamwork: When I was a student, I used to do exercises with the group. We shared
documents, shared the work together. We jointly answer questions, solve problems that
teachers make in group exercises. When I worked at the hotel, I along with my colleagues
in the sales department launched the business plan for peak and off-peak season. If
someone is experiencing difficulties at work, people will help to solve problems.
Sometimes we still happens some contradiction, but we always talk to each other to
understand each other better. So I think, I am a good teamworker
One of the main benefits of teamwork is the ability to share ideas among the group. Two
heads are better than one: one persons knowledge and abilities are limited, it could be
hard for us to deal with difficult problems without others help. On the other side, every
individual is different and has unique qualities. Individuals with different experiences and
backgrounds increase the creativity of individual team members and the group as a
whole. When members apply different skills they are often able to come up with a more
effective solution than one person working on the same problem.
Individual: Its simple and clear. Its easier to focus. Youre interrupted less and dont
need to shift and shape around others. Sometimes group work is less productive because

of too much gossiping and chattering. Its more fun, but less work gets done. You get the
credit for your achievements. As you get to do everything , you are the only one who gets
credit for it. You cant end up in a situation where others do less, but get praised.

I think the company will pay suit with my capacity. I havent got much experience in this
job yet, so Im willing to learn from people have worked here for a long time. As I know
that the salary for new employees at your company is about 5 million. I hope that if I
work well, I will get a good salary so.

I think any job pressures are high and require employees to work overtime to finish up
the work schedule. Therefore, if I am an employee of your company, Im always willing
to work overtime.
