INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement between Rio Grace B. Orlanda , herein known as
"Designer," and {Name}, herein known as "Client," is entered into
this{date} day of {month}, {year}.
Client and Designer agree to the following provisions:
I. The Job
Client is hiring Designer to perform work in/on 69.4 sqm. 2 bed room condo
unit at {location of home, apartment, etc. including unit # }.
II. Specific Services
Designer will perform the following services as part of this job:
A. Design. Fit-out construction and, and, and, {description of the design
process}
B. Details. {Specifics about furniture, wall colors, etc. that Designer

III. The Work
Work will begin on {date}, and is estimated to take {length of time} to
complete.
Work will happen in the following phases: Designing, Approval of the
design, implementation, ect. {description of the phases of work}.
Designer will use contractors or third-party employees for the completion of
the work, only upon necessary.

Non-payment of {amount} by {date} will result in {a stoppage of work,
termination of the agreement, etc.}.
VI. Changes
Any changes made to this plan must be discussed with Client and approved
before their implementation.
VII. Cancellation
This Agreement may be terminated/Cancelled by either party upon the other
partys default in performance, provided that termination may not be
effected unless written notice specifying nature and extent of default is given
to the concerned party and such party fails to cure such default in
performance within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of such notice.
Termination shall be without prejudice to any and all other rights and
remedies of the Designer and Client shall remain liable for all outstanding
obligations owed by Client to Designer and for all items of Merchandise,
Interior Designs Services, and other services on order as of the termination
date.
VIII. Liability

IX. Enforceability
If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will be binding and enforceable.
This agreement is subject to the existing laws and regulations of the
Philippines.
