We, Rotary International District 3650 (Seoul), and Rotary International District 5280
(California), and Rotary International District 2660 (Osaka),Rotary International District
3292 (Nepal) and Rotary Club of Seoul, and Rotary Club of Thimphu (Bhutan), and Seoul
Munhwa Rotary Club, Kaoshiung Wufu Rotary Club (Taiwan), and Chiba-Higashi Rotary
Club (Japan), Osaka Rotary Club, Rotary Club of Korea Town (California) and Seoul
Namsoul Rotary Club, agree to jointly undertake the project providing Kidney Dialysis
Machines to be installed and used in government hospitals in the Kingdom of Bhutan based
on Global Grant Program of The Rotary Foundation. The Project is to be managed by
Thimphu Rotary Club in Bhutan, and Rotary Club of Seoul.
The amount of proposed contributions are:

US$15,000 (Global Grant) TRF Contribution US$15,000
RID-5280 (USA)

US$.20,000.(Global Grant) TRF Contribution US$20,000.
