years, Advocate, R/o.Ongole, Prakasam District, do here by
solemnly affirm and state as follows:I am the deponent here in and advocate for petitioners in the
above case and I am well acquitted with facts of the case.
I submit that I filed the above 3-cheque petitions on behalf
of the petitioners. The same was returned by this Honble court to
take certain objections. The 3- cheque petitions enclosed to this
petition could not be represented in time due to oversight and
pressure of work. There are no willful latches on my part in
representing the said petitions. The delay may be condoned.
Therefore, it is just and necessary in the interest of justice and
enquiry that the Honble court may be pleased to condone the
delay of 20 days in representing the 3- cheque petitions enclosed
herewith, in the interests of justice.
