Business Engagement is one of the three Academy entities (besides Learning Solutions and
Learning Operations) with full End-to-End customer responsibility like e.g. customer
relationship management, customer interfaces, customer care.Business Engagement is the
point of contact to internal stakeholders and GS Care CDS (Academy’s internal partner
responsible for NSN Customers’ Learning Solutions Sales and relationship) regarding all
aspects of learning analysis, delivery and quality review with a clear end-to-end responsibility
The Business Engagement role represents a region in its learning / CoDe strategy and
roadmap development
• The Business Engagement Manager has the end-to-end responsibility towards internal
customers and stakeholders from a certain BU and region;
• Offering competent consultancy for region and customer interface
• Understanding the customer's needs and requirements (with strong consultative approach);
• Generation of accurate specification;
• Close cooperation with trainers and resourcing managers in the Learning Operations
(grouped by technical domains) and with (Solution) Portfolio managers from Learning
Solutions;
• Ensuring and providing suitable solutions at winning prices (global approach but local flavour,
tailor-made, etc.);
• Proactively promoting the Academy and its portfolio to the stakeholders;
• Proactive contribution to regional demand and capability planning
• Consolidate learning input from BU/regional business forecast planning for demand supply
planning;
• Maintaining quality standards for learning deliveries in region;
• After customers’ framework and requirements are defined, ensuring a proper and complete
handover to Learning Operations;

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities :
Commissioning and/or integration activities related to Radio Access products.
Assist in first level technical support for technical queries according to customer contract and internal support model:
Troubleshoot requests in a given competence group
Conducts knowledge searches for potential solutions / other requests in progress.
Records information into support tools periodically or on an as required basis.
Does on site trouble shooting if required.
Participates in emergency support activities
Perform local SW (or HW) maintenance activities such as installation & test of technical/change notes /change deliveries
Assist in complex technical activities such as SW upgrades and technical audits on site.
Network expansion activities.
Technical/customer acceptance testing

2-5 years of proven experience in Radio field i.e BSC commissioning, Integration & trouble shooting.

Candidate with 3 to 4 yrs of Total IT experience with at least 1 yrs into Networking. Should posse’s hands on experience in
troubleshooting of LAN and WAN based networks. Looking for expertise and experience on Implementation
Experience in NOC preferred.
Any of the relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIP etc (any) with good communication skills required for the profile.
