Management Team
1. General Manager Responsible for the overall operation of the resort
establishment, they are the ones to report directly to the owners.
Job Specifications:
- Must be 38 years old and above
- Bachelor and Masteral Degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Have 3 years experience in managerial position
2. Accounting Staff responsible for the financial aspects of the resort.
Job Specifications:
- 3 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets,
financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing
financial advice
- Must graduate of bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Must be 25 to 30 years old
- Stress Tolerance
- Must have confident
3. Security Staff the protection and safety of the guests, employees and
property for the whole day
Job Specifications:
- 1 year experience as security guard
- Must attend a training for security card/ certificate
- Must be 25 to 30 years old
- Stress tolerance
- Able to fight urge of drowsiness
- Skills and knowledge of first aid treatment and self defense
4. Maintenance the ones in-charge of the upkeep and maintenance of the
facilities of the whole resort
Job Specifications:
- One year experience
- Must graduate of any four year course
- Must be 25 years old and above
- Skills and knowledge of the electronics and construction

5. Housekeeping Manager monitors the day to day activities of the


housekeeping department
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of HRM at a bachelor or masters degree
- At least 4 years experience in Housekeeping Operation
- Must be 25 years old and above
- Time flexible
- Exceptional leadership skills
6. Room Attendant the one that guides and assists the guest upon check in
and checkout also the responsible for the up keep and cleanliness of the
room
Job Specifications:

At least two years of experience in housekeeping operation

7. Front Office Manager monitors the daily work of the front office department

- Able to work in a flexible schedule
- Leadership skills is needed

8. Front desk Clerk responds to the guests needs for information and services.
The ones to receive the calls and requests of the guests.

V. Projected Schedule

General Manager- the schedule of a general manager would start at 8:00 am up

to 5:00 pm.
Support Services- the schedule of this section is divided in two shifts the
opening and the closing would be at the start of production which is 6:00 am up
to the closing which is 9:00 pm (security is an exemption).
Opening Shift would start 6:00- 3:00pm
Closing Shift would start 12:00pm- 9:00pm

hour would start from 9:00am- 6:00pm
-Security- 24 hoursduty (12 hours per security personnel)
-Maintenance- Their schedule will also base on regular working hour would start at
9:00am-6:00pm

depending on the season but the standard schedule would be divided into two
shift: opening and closing
