Education:
1986-1988
Triton College
A. S. Dental Laboratory Technology
Related Experience:
21 years
9 years as an in house technician in a 2 Dr. prosthodontic practice. The second year of my
degree program was the first year of the 9 year tenure spent at this practice. During this period
I was allowed to meet patients requiring removable prosthodontic treatment and follow the
progress in a clinical as well as laboratory environment. After the 9 year tenure, I built a 500
square foot laboratory in my home, where I continue to service clients established during
my tenure, as well as service new clients established as my business model has changed.
Continuing Education:
I have participated in 2 day clinical courses involving the evaluation, set up, process and
delivery to the patient with Swiss Master Dental Technician Jurg Stuck. These courses
involve limited, (12) participants observing a DDS and Mr. Stuck treating the patient in a
team approach clinically, over a two day period, as well as following Mr. Stuck through
his advanced denture fabrication techniques. I was fortunate enough to have participated in
this course 3 times over a 4 year period. Mr. Stuck travels to the states on a limited basis,
so this is a unique opportunity. 1995, 1996, 1997
