Conclusion

The report has established the theoretical basis for organizational culture and effectiveness studies.
There was the clear understanding of definition of organizational culture that it as shared meanings,
beliefs and values, assumptions and understandings of the working environment of an organization.
The concept of organizational culture is further sub-divided into four elements based on different
perspectives. There are several different methods for measuring culture and effectiveness of an
organization is available. The report summarizes the One of the important factors organization
culture that has a positive influence on organizational effectiveness. In order to provide some extra
evidence, Denison's organizational culture model is used to investigate the relationship between
culture and effectiveness in the context of decline of manufacturing company. Further, our report
explores the possibilities and the ways to improve the organization effectiveness through organization
culture.
