As indicated in the procedural schedule, the evidentiary hearing is scheduled to take place
for six days, beginning on September 9 and ending on September 17, 2015. See Order No. 6

(Mar. 9, 2015). The administrative law judge has determined to allot 13 hours of hearing,time to
complainant, 13 hours to respondent, and ve hours to the staff.

The prehearing conference shall begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 20l5, With

the evidentiary hearing to cormnence immediately thereafter. The parties may present opening
statements (although they are not required), which will be charged to their allotted time. There
