This is an interactive training session. After each standard, participants will be using their own
documentation and processes to address the overview and criterion from each of the six
standards. Items to bring with you (either on laptop or printed):
Overview:
1) List of programs to be accredited by ACBSP and number of degrees awarded for the most
recent academic year
2) Business programs/School of Business mission and vision
3) Historical information when school began, leaders, etc.
4) List of key stakeholders
5) Number of faculty and programs they teach in
6) Number of credit hours produced for each discipline for most recent full academic year
7) Strategic challenges for the business program
Standard One Leadership:
8) Organizational chart
9) Ways that your leaders help determine values and monitor processes to improve the quality
of business programs
10) List of processes that monitor ethical and legal requirements
