favor and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION (P1,000,000.00) Philippine
Currency, to us in hand paid by:
SPOUSES ULYSES MANIULIT and FAITH MANIULIT, both of legal
age, Filipinos and residents of 271 San Nicolas 2 Magalang,
Pampanga do hereby name, constitute and appoint, ATTY. JAN
URIEL DAVID also of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
222 San Nicolas 2 Magalang, Pampanga
do hereby SELL, CONVEY & TRANSFER, by way of absolute sale, unto the said
BELEN S. QUIZON and CONRAD N. QUIZON and assigns the parcel of land including
all improvements, more particularly describes as follows:

on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 8 of the subdivision
plan; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 8 of the
subdivision plan, and along line 4-5 by Malabanias Road; and

plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan, being N. 29
