CHROMALLOY (1991 TO PRESENT)
Chromalloy is a $1 billion technology company and supplier of production parts and advanced repairs and services.
The company was public until 2007, when it was acquired by the PE firm Carlyle Group.
Director of Commercial Operations, 1/2011 to 12/2014, Carson City, NV
Selected to turnaround the commercial operations of Chromalloys largest unit, the $180 million SW region.
Responsible for all sales and business development activities including sales/marketing analysis, market and sales
strategy, new business development, spare part sales, and customer support.

In addition, served as Interim Plant Manager in Mexicali, Mexico, responsible for managing growth through
transfer and consolidation from US based facilities, and for redesigning and reorganizing the operations
organization. Facility had 200+ employees and annual revenues of $38 million.

Developed key metrics, bringing operations and process improvement/Lean approach and experience to
improve sales and marketing

Redesigned the sales and customer support teams, retaining the best of the best

Managed the first recall (SB/AD) in the companys history
