The guideline for correct use

Thank you for buying P-100H.

P-100H is Transformer Digital Temperature Controllr.

"For Correct Use" is a indication about operation or emergency measures that we produce. Therefore
this guide book is enough familiar before use as it is to use safely and please prepare in case of a
product disorder.

Things to be careful about during installation

1 Make sure the indicator is installed only indoors or in a closed place.

2 Do not fasten the case engagements too tightly.

3 Do not install the indicator in a place exposed to.
Corrosive gases
Moisture or high humidity
Vibration or heat
Dust
High radio frequencies
Poor ventilation or air circulation
The place where the detonating gas occurs
A notice is classified by warning and caution, an electric shocks.
If there is the following symbol, you read carefully to avoid the dangerous occurrence, and you shoul
obey it in indication

Warning

Don't disassemble, assemble or remodel P-100H optional. If trouble is occurrde to the product and
it is needed maintenance work, you should work the operation power and the usual power after doing

OFF And before solving the problem, don't do re-closing P-100H power.

Caution

- Please P-100H not install close dangerous substances and firearms.

- Please be careful not to enter a bolt, metal or flammability in the product inside.
- Don't install in the place that shine the direct ray of the sun or can be affectde by the direct effect
of the rain.
- Please do not use a softer volt than defined length and tighten it to a limitde torque. If you give
force forcibly, a nut for fixing can drop.
- In case of electric wiring, we wish that you"ll wire to fit terminal number to the rear terminal.

Caution

Electric shocks

- As the operation power supplies voltage above

AC220V or DC110V,

you should pay attention in

electric shock.
- Please supply the power the product operation power to fit polarity and standard spec to a
power terminal[No.12,NO.13]
- As output terminal of Warning
supplies woltage above

[No.8,No.9],

AC220V or DC110V,

Fault [No.10,No.11], FAN[No.6,No.7]

you should pay attention in electric shock.

- Please use the terminal in case of electric wiring and don't use the damaged cable.
- Please don't use the terminal, when the power is input or while operating.

Caution

Electric shocks

When you ground P-100H, you should ground voltage not to be risen in the panel as
electric safety rules.

The inside except the outside of P-100H never disassemble it. Please obey it in
indication as I contact you by head office quality control teams.

1. Summary
P-100H

is a meter with temperature sensor(PT-100), which is used for the purpose of transformer

temperature watch and control. It measures a temperature and the damage which is caused by at
temperature prevents. Also it minimize power loss with cooling fan control.
Using analog communication(4~20mA), because it has a networking which is connected
with several meters, it is possible to check its function in a long range.

2. Characteristic
2-1 It receives the input of the Temperature sensor(PT-100) and it operate.
2-2 Peak value memory and display mode : It remember temperature that was the highest and indicate
a temperature value to SND disply to a Peak value.
2-3 It can measure accurately because it is not using former analog compensation mode but using
digital compensation mode.
2-4 It applies the Hi, Hi-Hi a notion WARNING(Alarm1) and FAULT(Alarm2). Therefore it is possible a
flexible disposal.
- WARNING(Alarm1)

: When measure temperature passes overAlarm1(Hi) setting value,

it sends LED-lighting and WARNING RELAY output.

- FAULT(Alarm2) action : When measure temperature passes over Alarm2(Hi-Hi) setting value,

it sends LED-lighting and FAULT RELAY output.

2-5 FAN/MAN Key : We can do ON/OFF FAN by manual operate.

(It is done ON/OFF automatically in normal times state)

6. Function & Movement explain

6-1 WARNING(Alarm1), FAULT(Alarm2) Function
When the present temperature is over setting value, it Out-put RELAY with Buzzer voice and then
display LED (As WARNING Buzzer voice and FAULT Buzzer voice are different, it can take management)
6-2 FAN AUTO / MANUAL Function
You can operate the FAN(ON/OFF) manually.
When manually operated, FAN(MAN) LED is turned on.
Normal FAN(ON/OFF) operation is automatically.
6-3 TEMP. PEAK Function

6-4 Alarm Function - Buzzer

When WARNING and FAULT happen, Buzzer is heard.
