A House of Glued Logs
If you spend a while in a wooden house, it becomes obvious that wood breathes in a different way, that the microclimate is
the healthiest in the wooden building and consequently you feel extremely well there.
A House
What a vision of it does everyone have? Warmth, cosiness and a place for a spiritual and physical rest. The house is my castle,
the house is my friend… From the ancient times people were building houses of natural materials. The experience of the
European ancestors shows us that a wooden house is the best one in our weather conditions.
Wood is a building material created by the nature and for that reason it is perfect. There was not the other such a good
material found till now. The wood has unique qualities, which control warmness, wetness and the isolation of noise. Because
of its cellular structure a wooden wall slowly gives way and cleans the air, absorbs harmful materials and causes the
microclimate, which is natural and akin to the nature. That’s why it is as easy to breath here as in a pinery. The wetness in a
wooden house is the most beneficial to a man.
People, who live in a wooden house, are always resting an one of the newest research of German scientists showed, that
people are able to conceive and memorize any information, works and learns more efficiently when they are relaxed (by the
way, this was known in the East long time ago).
Our company decided to produce glued log houses, after we get enough knowledge and experience. Our manufactured
houses of glued logs were build in Netherlands, Turkey and Lithuania.
A house of glued logs is the product of high technologies and it contains all the best qualities:
- durability and reliability (it could be build in seismic areas);
- the characterization of construction (logs are made from very dry wood and are lightweight; there is no need for a
supplementary technical equipment to bring them to a place; the logs are made precisely according to blueprints and
each has its own number; it takes only 4 or 5 days to build a 100 m2 house);
- the isolation of noise and warmness.
The house of glued logs doesn’t need an additional decoration. Shades of colors are made by modern antiseptics, which
prevent the wood of mould, bacteria, vermin, decay and ultra-violet rays. The undoubted excellence of the glued logs as
building materials is their appropriateness to all seasons.
Production
The trunk of the tree is cut end long into planks. In that way it is possible to dry the planks till 8-12 % . Afterwards the planks

are joined back with a ecological and waterproof glue. Glued logs are paste by contemporary hydraulic presses , milling,
profiling and polishing by modern machine. The trapeze form way of joining the logs doesn’t need isolation materials.
