attendance while reducing unpaid time off by 11%
Developed annual benefit fairs which occurred prior to open enrollment at multiple sites and which
was linked to a 15% increase in open enrollment attendance
Developed and implemented a streamlined open enrollment process for 12,000 employees located at
fourteen sites

Chaired the organizations human resources standards team for The Joint Commission readiness
initiative. The organization received the highest designation, Accreditation with Commendation.

Served as the co-compliance officer and chaired the Chart Audit Review Committee
ON-BOARDING
Championed a continuous improvement process team focused on the on-boarding processes. Team
received the organizations top award for new process development, utilization and efficiency.
Developed and launched a multi-disciplinary team of key management staff as new employee
orientation presenters in order to enhance employee engagement. Program sustained a 4.5 out of 5.0
