Welcome Back

Welcome to our new staff Mr Pirie, Mr Graham and Miss

Pomfret. We are happy to welcome you to Holy Rosary.
We also now have 2 assistant heads Mrs Dootson and
Miss Warsap who will do an amazing job in helping lead
Holy Rosary.

Twitter
A huge thank you to Miss Strange for creating
our new twitter accounts. Each class will have
their own account and teachers will keep you updated about
their classes learning. Daily tweets
from the head will share news and
developments you can follow
this on twitter as:

Sacramental Programme
Fr. Michael will be starting the Sacramental Programme with
the Year 3 /KS2 children. If you would like your child to be
part of the programme and prepare for the Sacraments of
Confirmation and Holy Communion you need to respond to
the letter you will be receiving shortly. Fr. Michael is always
available after the 9:30 am Mass on Sundays or by telephone
681 3872.

Attendance
At Holy Rosary the childrens good attendance and
punctuality is one of our highest priorities. So that attendance
can be monitored very closely we employ our own school
attendance officer, Mrs. Bernasconi. The expected level of
attendance for a Primary age child is 95%+. If a childs
attendance falls below this mark it will be investigated and if
explanations are not satisfactory you may receive a letter, a
home visit or be asked to attend a review meeting in school.
School will not authorize any holidays in term time.
