Global Outreach – Utah
Little Bloomsbury Foundation
Work of the Foundation: Little Bloomsbury Foundation is a non‐
profit organization committed to promoting peace and hope in an
uncertain world via mass media, art, and culture education. We
organize and sponsor events and programs that create positive
transformational impact on communities.
Applicants must possess a career goal that speaks to our value and
mission in “promoting peace and hope in an uncertain world”.
This is a fantastic career opportunity for accomplished professionals
and aspiring producers alike to stretch their portfolio with a global
outreach. It is also a unique occasion to get in on the ground floor with
a voluntary production team that has received the favorable review
and support of a prestigious patron to produce a bankable final
product for presentation to prospective sponsors and funding agencies.
The ideal candidate: A professional with expertise in audio arts
production as well as the talent and confidence in turning a radio
program into a narrative art form commanding an award‐winning TM
quality worthy of timeless broadcast in America and around the world.
The successful candidate is expected to have excellent time management and people skills and be
open‐minded to evolving responsibilities that may later involve multi‐media programming.
International exposure, booking experience, and background in event management will be a plus.
Work Schedule: Family‐friendly schedule is negotiable, with occasional travel at reasonable notice.
The production team: The Producer will have the privilege of association with a dynamic network of
advisors and collaborators whose expertise spans across mass media, society, art, education, business,
and innovation. The Producer will work closely with the Program Director and Host and in consultation
with the Honorary Program Advisor and Directors of the Foundation to ensure that deadlines are met,
intellectual property rights and clearances are secured, and the program’s vision is realized.
The recruitment process: As an important part of the recruitment process, short‐listed candidates
will be invited to produce a demo CD fulfilling specific guidelines and requirements, for which an
honorarium/small stipend may be provided. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and in line
with funding contingent upon potential sponsors’ response to the final product. Applications must be
accompanied by a resume with references, expected salary, and a work sample CD, to be submitted to
