You can use air to blow the solvent away [Have your product in an open
beaker and put it in-front of a fan]

You can try using air or nitrogen to blow your solvent away but one
trouble will the moisture or water that accumulates in this process...
If you want to avoid the distillation using rota to protect the pump, then
how about simple distillation?????
I still think rota-evaporation is most convinient..If your cooling is good, I
think pump will be ok..If you can't use low temperature cooler for the rotacondenser, check if you can use ice-water circulation..

You should install a cold trap between the pump and the rotary
evaporator. Use acetone and dry ice (solid CO2) in the dewar vessel of
the cold trap. This will create a temperature around - 78C, which is
sufficient to trap the THF and the chloroform. If you want to eliminate any
passing vapors use liquid nitrogen in the trap. This would be the fastest
and the most efficient way of drying your product while preserving the oil
in your vacuum pump.

I a agree with Ivan Gitsov comments .the solvent will trap in the vessel
before reaching to the pump .

Grind your compound to fine powder. Keep it in drying oven just above
the boiling point of the solvent you used. Take the compound in middle
and grind it once again to make sure total solvent has gone. Do it 2-3
times. Probably you'll get solvent free material.
