Implemented ADP Enterprise HR application, a customized version of PeopleSoft for clients, writing complex
custom programs in SQR (Structured Query Reports) and Enterprise eCode.
Worked on developing complex ADP Reports (ADPR), a customized version of ReportSmith, as well as
converting numerous ReportSmith reports to the native ADPR format.
Developed Tools such as which engendered very good business impact such as :
1. Name Changer: VBScript application which modified the confidential information along with copyright
statement in numerous programs saving 1000 man-hours.
2. Code Standards Adder: A smart tool which added optimized coding standards to programs effectively
minimizing time spent on writing code, reducing 50% of the effort.

banking services using J2EE components such as Java Servlets, Java Server Pages for implementing programming
logic, HTML and CSS for front-end design, IBM DB2 as back-end and IBM WebSphere as Application Server.

LEADERSHIP AND INVOLVMENT

An active member of Make a Difference (MAD), a non-profit organization which helps in education of under
privileged children by providing after school support in Math and English.
Student Chief Guest at Young Achievers Forum organized by Sri Shakti Institute of Engineering and Technology, 2012.
Taught basic computer lessons to children at local computer institute in neighborhood during my semester break.
