What is a Job description for a leader in our Organization?


Is that the only one thing wee need to say yes to?
The foundational theology for this reflection is pretty
simple and I have used with my teams, my family and
my students for a long time..

as wise, making the most of the time, because the days
are evil. So do not be foolish, but understand what the
will of the Lord is (Ephesians 5:15-17 NRSV)
But test everything; hold fast what is good; abstain from

Un resumen de Compromisos de nuestra descripcin de puesto

Trabajamos para la causa del Reino de Dios, la cual no es palabras, sino


poder; es inconmovible; es justicia, paz y gozo en el Espritu Santo.
Nuestro rol, es ser colaboradores de Dios y siervos de Jesucristo; hacer
justicia, amar misericordia y humillarnos delante de El y buscar la voluntad
de Dios, haciendo el bien, callando la boca de los insensatos.
Nuestra visin compartida del futuro: Cielos nuevos y tierra nueva, donde
mora la justicia; lderes cristianos que llegan a la unidad de la fe, el
conocimiento del hijo de Dios, a la medida de la estatura de la plenitud de
Jesucristo.
Algunas condiciones especiales de este contrato: El llamamiento y los dones
de Dios son irrevocables. Seguimos adelante, sin mirar atrs, pues entonces,
no seramos dignos del Reino de Dios.
El contexto requerido para el cambio: No nos conformamos, nos
transformamos, por la renovacin de nuestro entendimiento. Dejamos atrs
las cosas viejas y los rudimentos de doctrina y nos renovamos cada da,
porque estamos en Cristo. Crecemos continuamente, como la luz de un nuevo
da, hasta alcanzar toda nuestra plenitud.
Nuestra motivacin y manejo de crisis, es sobrenatural. Aunque en
apariencia, no veamos los frutos, nos alegraremos en El Seor y nos
gozaremos en el Dios de nuestra salvacin, que es nuestra fortaleza.
Esperaremos en el Seor y tendremos nuevas fuerzas para correr sin
cansarnos y caminar, sin desfallecer, en el cumplimiento del ministerio que
El nos ha encomendado.
