ABSTRACT
The researcher was influenced by her friends namely may, Clarence, kristie, and
gianne. She wants to expertise of being employer and the advantage and disadvantage of
being employer in municipal building.
FINDINGS
Base on the data gathered by the researcher the following findings are presented:
On Age
The following of the majority of the respondents(38%) belong to age range 40-
50.
On Gender
The majority of the respondents (62%) belongs to male.
On Civil Status
On Mother Occupation
The majority of the respondents (23%) belong to house keeping and (23%)
belong to the none.
On Father Occupation
The majority of the respondents (80%) belong to none.
CONCLUSIONS
In the light of the above mentioned findings, the research present the following
conclusions:
1. The Profile of Employees in Municipal Building of Bangued 2009-2010. The result
denote that the employees are very denoted, efficiency and effective in imparting
the knowledge and skills.
2. A wide range of innovative employer learning strategies which applire which made
learning more meaningful and effective.
3. The success of the empoyees career will depend to a great extend upon with they
are trained and though effectively in the office.
RECOMMENDATION
1. TO THE EMPLOYEES
They must share their time and love to other employees and share their
knowlegde and skill
2. TO THE MAYOR
The office of Mayor must hire better and responsible employees in job.
3. TO THE FUTURE RESEARCHER
They should follow the instruction will be given to them and do not their reseach
paper on time.

CHAPTER ONE
INTRODUCTION
Often the easiest for local governments to start is with an audience that they have
more direct access to municipal employees. There is a wide range of socio-demographics,
among municipal employees(http.//www.google.com.ph.).
From bus drivers to janitors, police officers, engineers, and planners a large mix
of people work for municipal governments going a myriad of different
tasks(http.//www.google.com.ph.).
Including managing the municipal budget, maintaining buildings, and making
sure our streets are for the general public. However, integration of this diverse group of
individuals and departments climate protection goals(http.//www.google.com.ph.).
Municipal employees can be extremely influencetial in affecting local
government change. They are often the first to experience positive changes within the
city such as working in a city building with better lighting efficiency or driving hybrid or
electric vehicles(http.//www.google.com.ph.).
If municipal employees are enthusiastic about the changes and understand the fuel
benefit that the local government in deriving(i.e. cost savings, a decrease in pollution,
better and never technology) then they can be invaluable climate champions, throughout
your community (http.//www.google.com.ph.).
It is important to give ample notice to municipal employees about programs and
why they are accruing. Signs, lectures, letters, and emails are greet ways to provide this
information. Additionally, tings, and staff retreats are other effective avenues to reach
municipal employees(http.//www.google.com.ph.).
Municipal government refers to the institution created by states to govern
incorporated localities particularly cities. States grant powers to municipal governments
so that they might provide basic services, such as police and fire protection, as well as
solve the special problems associated with urban localities, as various as affordable

housing, environmental quality, and parking

DEFINITION OF TERMS
To make this researcher more understandable to future researcher, the
following definition of terms which should endoll them to have a clearer understanding

Table 2 shows that there were three respondents in age of 20-30 years old and the
percentage is 24%.
Table 2 shows that there were four respondents in age of 30-40 years old and the
percentage is 31%.
Table 2 shows that there were five respondents in the age of 40-50 years old and
the percentage is 38%.
Table 2 shows that there were zero respondents in the age of 60-10 years old and
the percentage is 0%.
Table 2 shows that there were one respondent in the age of 70-80 years old and
the percentage are 7%.
The total of this variable at age is 13(100%).

Table 2 shows that there were seven respondents in married and the percentage is
54%.
Table 2 shows that there were six respondents in single and the percentage is

the separated so the percentage is 0%.
The total of this variable is 13(100%).

Office and also the Businessman so the percentage is 7%.
