Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited (RCAM) has been adjudged as Best Asset Management Company (AMC) in the Category -
Best AMC by Business World - Value Research Study. All the AMCs except with less than Rs. 3000 Crore Average Assets under
Management as of December 2009 were considered for the ranking. The ranking is based on the share of top rated funds either 4 - stars
or 5 stars of Value Research as a percentage of total rated funds of a Fund House. The number of top rated funds of RCAM was 12. The
ranking for the top rated funds is based on risk - adjusted returns, but widened to take a composite measure of the returns a fund generated
and the risk it takes. The rank has been granted for the year 2009 and will be in vogue till the announcement of the award for the next
