Welcome back! This is our usual August communication to let you know details for our 62nd season.
We think youll like our plans.
Since email is our main means of communication, its important that you let us know if any of your
contact information has changed. The Board continues its pledge to do everything possible to keep your
data confidential; thus only your Conductor and your President can access the orchestras personnel
records. We rely on you to keep us informed if changes occur.
You received the 20152016 calendar of rehearsals and concerts in the spring. (Concert dates were also
printed in the May program.) We would appreciate it if each of you would confirm your participation
for our new season by August 26.

Jeff and/or Carol in the percussion corner before rehearsal on September 14th.

We hope youll want to practice ahead! Folders for winds, brass, and percussion are available now.
String folders are being marked. They will be available starting August 28.

Membership dues payment is required no later than September 14th
for participation in all or any portion of the current season:

STUDENT ........................$50.00 paid 9/14/15
(for full-time high school/college students)

We also encourage you to become a donor
