• This video was prepared to:

Introduction
• The Declaration of Independence is the First Organic Law to
which all subsequent laws must heed. It establishes
CONSENT of the governed as the foundation of ALL JUST
government civil authority.
• Public service requires the taking of an oath to uphold the
Organic Laws so established, whereby all people hold equal
status, with no superior, before stepping down to performing
services for others, such as public service.
• Under said First Law, no collective or group of people can
lawfully get together and strip anyone of that sovereign
equality without his/her consent.
• The Bill of Rights establishes the moral and ethical conditions
under which people may lawfully be stripped of their
sovereignty and equality as ONLY under common law crimes.
Introduction
• The First Amendment is FIRST in the
Bill of Rights because:
– It recognizes and protects the ABSOLUTE right of all to
CIVILLLY associate and DIS-associate.
– The FIRST thing you do when forming any group, including
a “government” is to give those who are NOT a member of
said group the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to NOT join or
participate.
– Those CONSENSUALLY associated are called STATUTORY
“citizens” and “residents”.
– Those NOT CONSENSUALLY associated are called
NONRESIDENTS and TRANSIENT FOREIGNERS.
– If the right to contract means anything at all, it means the
right to CONTRACT any and every government OUT of the
CIVIL relationship between the parties, and disassociate
with any civil statutory status over which the government
enjoys jurisdiction.
Introduction
• The First Ten Amendments (The Bill of Rights)
protect all sovereigns from socio-political
abuse and unlawful loss of life, liberty, and the
pursuit of happiness (property) unless
sovereigns EXPRESSLY, knowingly, and
willfully consent to become unequal via a fully
disclosed agreement, or are found guilty of a
common law crime, by a jury of their peers.
• The Bill of Rights can only be interpreted in
harmony with the intent of the writers at a time
when ONLY common law existed. Since there
were no statutes at that time, then the only
crimes at common law would be murder, rape,
arson, theft, mayhem, treason, etc.
Introduction
• To refuse to CIVILLY associate and thereby remain a
nonresident is not “lawless” nor does it mean one is an
anarchist because those “nonresidents” who don’t associate
are still subject to:
– The CRIMINAL law. . . and
– The COMMON law.
• If it is “anarchistic”, then the government itself is an anarchist
because it unconstitutionally abuses sovereign immunity to:
– Pick and choose what laws it wants to be subject to.
– What laws it is NOT subject to.
– When it is a “person” under the civil law.

Police Aren’t Required to Protect You
• The so-called purpose of establishing

government is to PROTECT and SERVE
the public and NOT the “individual”:
“..fundamental principle of American law is that a government and its
agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as
police protection, to any individual citizen"
[Warren v. District of Columbia, 444 A.2d. .1 (D.C. Ct. of Ap., 1981]
• The basis for paying “taxes” is to fund

the institutionalized process of
providing protection for club members,
such as “citizens” and “residents”.
• Those who are members of the club are
parties to the “social compact”, which
is a CIVIL contract or agreement.
Police Aren’t Required to Protect You
• The above case establishes that:

– The PARTY is the individual within the social compact and
NOT the “collective” or group.
– Police have NO RECIPROCAL DUTY under the protection
contract to THAT PARTY, and therefore, do NOT render the
main consideration under the contract to the individual.
– This converts the CIVIL CONTRACT into a COMPACT,
because it is a ONE-sided “benefit”. This is because the
police have no duty to the individual citizen, and yet the
individual citizen is perceived as a party to the social
compact. This creates a contradiction.
• It is a principle of contract law that all

contracts:
– Are UNENFORCEABLE without MUTUAL consideration
and MUTUAL obligation.
– If only one party “benefits”, then a theft is occurring
against the other party, unless the party consented.
Police Over-reach
• Therefore, if police don’t have a legally
enforceable CIVIL obligation or duty to a
SPECIFIC citizen to protect them, then:
– Where does the MUTUAL obligation arise for the individual citizen
to pay for services NOT rendered directly to them in the form of
“taxes”?
– Do we REALLY have a “government” as legally defined, if said
government doesn’t have to protect you PERSONALLY in
exchange for the taxes you pay INDIVIDUALLY?
• This can only mean that:
– Police officers only operate upon the PUBLIC domain.
– Police officers have a duty to protect ONLY PUBLIC property and
PUBLIC persons, not PRIVATE property or PRIVATE persons.
– You have to CONVERT (donate) your PRIVATE property to PUBLIC
property to even qualify for their services!
• Would you hire a security guard to protect YOUR PRIVATE
property under the above circumstances? We wouldn’t!
Sovereignty Core Beliefs
• The essence of sovereignty is that EVERYONE has
equal rights, equal dignity, and deserves equal respect
and treatment under the law, whether a sovereign or a
public servant, regardless of race, creed, nationality,
etc..
• The U.S. Supreme Court agreed, when it held:
“No duty rests more imperatively upon the courts than the enforcement of
those constitutional provisions intended to secure that equality of rights
which is the foundation of free government.“
[Gulf, C. & S. F. R. Co. v. Ellis, 165 U.S. 150 (1897) ]
• The “free government” in the above U.S. Supreme
Court citation reveals that “equality of rights” is the
guarantee of “free association” by consent to duty. The
Court reinforced that the Declaration of Independence
established that all JUST powers derive from the
consent of the governed.
• Consent to alternative choices and
voluntary free association does not
mean “compelled”.
– People freely associate by instituting governments,
which are bound to serve ONLY those within said
association.
– The free market is the only moral, ethical, and viable
force which can self-regulate toward sustainable
economic and socio-political interactions in the Land
of The Free.
– Public sector associations obey the same rules
governing free association. Capitalism works in the
private sector, just as well in the public sector!
– Any compelled CIVIL association is therefore a
violation of equal protection and equal treatment.
• No association of several people is
allowed to violate rights of one of the
people, and either are equal in authority
and rights under the foundational or
substantive laws. This is because:
–In the Land of The Free any one of the
people has only the power to self-govern.
Said power is the only power that can be
delegated at different degrees of association
with others.
–In our society of equals, with no superior, no
one can delegate that which he/she does not
have.
–If one knowingly, willingly, and freely joins
CIVIL associations by consenting to a
statutory civil status, one acquires only the
contractual obligations attached to the
particular association. A “foreigner” may
get a “driver’s license” without the
automatic presumption of STATUTORY
“citizen” or domicile status.
–Any other approach leads to idolatry toward
government and turns government into an
unconstitutional civil religion, in which
OBEDIENCE is the worship, FRANCHISES
are the bible, and the God being worshipped
is civil rulers.
• Like every other type of “business”, government
delivers a “product” called “protection” and no one can
be forced to become a customer for that product.
– “Customers” are called statutory “citizens” and “residents”.
– “Non-customers” are called “nonresidents” and “transient foreigners” and
may not assume the status of “person” or “individual” under the civil
statutory law.
• It is a CRIME and UNCONSTITUTIONAL SLAVERY to
compel people to become a “customer” and therefore
to become a statutory “citizen” or “resident”.
• The U.S. Supreme Court agrees:
In imposing a tax, says Mr. Chief Justice Marshall, the legislature acts upon its
constituents. "All subjects," he adds, "over which the power of a State extends
are objects of taxation, but those over which it does not extend are, upon the
soundest principles, exempt from taxation. This proposition *334 may almost
be pronounced self-evident." McCulloch v. Maryland, 4 Wheat. 316, 428.
[United States v. Erie R. Co., 106 U.S. 327 (1882)]
In Short
• Sovereignty means:
–Dignity, respect, and absolute
EQUALITY of rights and EQUALITY of
treatment.
–Only being treated UNEQUALLY when
EXPRESS informed consent is
demonstrated with evidence.
• Even as a police officer, you cannot
escape the sovereign responsibility of
self government.
Two Types of Governments
• There are ONLY two types of governments:
– Those that civilly govern by CONSENT. See:

• Any attempt to do any of the following is terrorism as
legally defined:
– PRESUME consent to an enforced CIVIL obligation without having to prove it
in court. This is a violation of due process.
– Impose or enforce any civil status or civil obligation upon a non-consenting
party.
– Enforce the civil statutory laws against non-residents.
– Collect income taxes from non-resident parties.
– Place conditions upon the acquisition of any government product or service
that would compel one to association and assume a specific civil status,
such as statutory “citizen” or “resident” or “person”. Simply paying directly
and immediately for the service ought to be sufficient to receive it. This is
“privilege induced slavery”.
People in Public Service Share Our Goals
• Upon taking the oath of public service,
sovereigns may exercise specific delegated
police powers ONLY for the purpose of
protecting the PRIVATE property of those
freely associated. Said task is done through:
–Legal education.
–Law enforcement.
–Political activism.
–Administrative activism.
–Legal activism.
• As police officers, sovereigns must learn the
law and its relationship to criminal statutes,
just as our members must also do on a regular
basis.
• The only difference between any of the

following is consent:
–Theft and a donation.
–A statutory “citizen” and a nonresident.
–A “taxpayer” and a “nontaxpayer”.
–Rape and consensual sex.
• As public servants, sovereigns preserve their
own interest in preventing crime by strictly
observing the requirement for consent in all
enforcement actions.
• A sovereign’s job under oath is JUSTICE.
• JUSTICE requires recognizing all sovereign
rights such as:
– To be left alone, unless accused of a common law
crime according to the restrictions promulgated in
the Bill of Rights.
– To be left alone unless one knowingly, willfully,
voluntarily, freely, and under full disclosure,
consents to civil statutory status such as “driver”,
“citizen”, “resident”, etc.. Otherwise, any compelled
association would fall under unconstitutional
eminent domain and identity theft, where the public
rights attached to “civil status” are the property
STOLEN.
What Sovereignty is NOT
What Sovereignty is NOT
• True “sovereigns” are NOT:
– Sovereign citizens (an oxymoron. See Form #08.011, Sections 9.1,
9.2).
– Elitists (denies First Organic Law of All men are created equal)
– Super constitutionalists (Constitutions are rules for governments)
– Terrorists (See Black’s Law definition).
– Violent (sovereignty never advocates the initiation of force)
– Occupy Movement (sovereigns do not “occupy” themselves)
– Racists (equality of ALL, not just the white race)
. . .or any other stereotype that might connect them to violent, anti-
government, or criminal people or activities.
• Sovereignty in our country is protected by

each and every one of us. Slander, labeling,
identity politics, or defamation are tools used
by those who oppose the rule of law and
oppose the equality and dignity of all.
Misconceptions About Sovereignty Advocates
• Sovereigns are NOT elitists, because they promote the

EQUALITY of rights under the law, dignity, and respect
for ALL, regardless of race, sexual orientation, or
nationality, in keeping with all foundational laws of our
American Society.
• Sovereigns are NOT anti-government. Since there
would be no government unless instituted amongst
CONSENTING sovereigns, there is no benefit to any
“violent overthrow” of free association.
• Sovereigns are against monopolies on anything, and
provide for the enforcement of civil laws against ONLY
“club” members. Non-members have to be civilly LEFT
ALONE.
• Sovereigns do not deem criminal laws or the common
law as “voluntary”.
Misconceptions About Sovereignty Advocates
• Sovereigns are not “anarchists”. They are civilly
governed as co-equals by the common law but not
civil statutory franchise “codes”. A voluntary civil
franchise such as the vehicle code requires consent.
Lack of consent is:
– NOT deemed as “anarchistic”.
– Rather called “freedom of choice” and “freedom of
association”.
– Called an exercise of your unalienable right to NOT
contract or civilly associate with the government for CIVIL
“protection”.

Current objections to public service employees
• Some sovereigns under oath to public service deceive

the public to avoid procuring consent, by arbitrarily
decreeing CIVIL “codes” such as franchises as “law”
for everyone, or PRESUME a “code” is LAW or PUBLIC
LAW, when in fact it is a voluntary franchise, requiring
consent that is PRIVATE LAW.
• Some sovereigns under oath to public service exercise
LOVE OF MONEY to force people into a commercial/tax
obligation without their consent to BECOME
“taxpayers” or “customers” of a specific service.
• Some sovereigns under oath to public service fail to
give reasonable notice of the requirement for consent
when they make a legal presentment.
• Some sovereigns under oath to public service fail to protect
people’s right to be LEFT ALONE. Hence equal protection is
transgressed AGAINST. “Justice” is legally defined as the
“right to be left alone”. (See

• Some sovereigns under oath to public service enforce an
UNEQUAL relationship , and thus violate the Constitution.
• Some sovereigns under oath to public service steal by
PRESUMING a legal interest of government in ALL property.

RIGHT TO EXCLUDE ALL OTHERS from using, controlling, or

commercial transaction, against the wishes of
the parties to said transaction, by
PRESUMING that the parties operate under a
civil statutory status such as “driver”- which
in fact the parties do not have or do not
consent to having. This:
– Reflects an attempt to defraud under color of law.
– Is a direct interference with the protected right to
contract, for which governments are instituted
among men.
– Is no different than a “stick up” of a common street
criminal.

PRESUME consent to additional services
although one signed-up for only one specific
service. Forms such as driver licenses are
presumed to ALSO usually falsely:
–Identify a domicile on federal territory.
–Identify the applicant as an agent of a
particular association or organization. This
includes statutory entities such as “citizen”,
“resident”, “driver”, “spouse”, “taxpayer”,
etc.
None of the above should be PRESUMED,
and they should ask whether people want
these things and not force them onto the
people through deception.
Orwellian Doublethink
• One cannot take a Constitutional oath to
support and defend the equality and rights of
all and yet:
– Refuse to recognize the right to disassociate from the “club” as a
statutory “person” or “citizen” and to instead be a status of
statutory non-citizen national.
– Refuse to recognize and protect the right to NOT participate in a
specific civil franchise.
– Refuse to recognize and protect the right of sovereigns NOT to
procure a specific government service.
– Refuse to recognize and protect the right to NOT procure any
specific civil statutory status, including “driver”, “citizen”,
“resident”, etc.
– Refuse to recognize and protect the right to exclude the
government from taxing or benefitting from the use of one’s
property. “Property”, after all, is legally defined as the right to
exclude.
– Refuse to recognize and protect the right to NOT use government
identifying numbers in connection with any transaction.
Mafia v. Government?
• Forced “protection” by any association or organization
is a racket paid for through “PROTECTION MONEY”.
• Likewise, forced “taxation” by any government
instituted among men is “PROTECTION MONEY”.
• The only lawful governmental PROTECTION is of the
People’s right to contract or NOT to contract for
protection.
• The foundational and substantive laws of the Land of
The Free disallow compelled associations such as
“doing business”, or being a “club member” called a
“citizen”/”resident” of a lawful government association.
• No foundational or substantive laws allow the use of
Mafia-like techniques, such as threats, force, lies,
deception, etc., against those who object or fail to
“volunteer” to pay a tribute which is effectively
“Protection Money” (i.e. “district” taxes).

How Vehicle Code Violates Equality
• License plates and driver licenses are government property.
• When a police officer stops people, the first thing they ask for is
evidence that such property is being “used” in connection with the
commercial use of the roadways.
• Only when the license/registration (government property) is
CONSENSUALLY so used can it lawfully convey rights to any
government.
• Likewise, our time, vehicle, and property are PRIVATE when not so
used, and thus we have the EQUAL right to demand that:
– Government representatives procure our consent to take or use it for THEIR
benefit.
– Government representatives must sign up for OUR license to use said
property when it is PRIVATE.
– The use of said property WITHOUT said license FROM US is EQUALLY a
violation of our anti-franchise agreement and a tort.
• A “public officer” is legally defined as someone in charge of public
property. Likewise, a police officer using our time, towing our
vehicles, or demanding penalties in connection with otherwise
PRIVATE property becomes OUR servant instead of the
government’s. It goes BOTH ways.
How Vehicle Code Violates Equality
• Police officers can be “off duty” when they take off their
uniform BUT…
• If we go “off duty” by removing the license plate and
not using the driver license because we are NOT using
the commercial roadways for hire, we are:
– Stopped by police for driving without a license plate.
– Suspected of being criminals.
– Prosecuted for driving without license and/or registration.
– Harassed for not having a commercial relationship with the
government.
• In other words, the government abuses the vehicle
code franchise as a means to compel us to work for
them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, WITHOUT
COMPENSATION and we are punished while “OFF
DUTY”.
Abuse of the Police Powers
• Policemen are supposed to enforce ONLY the
criminal laws.
• The vehicle code contains BOTH civil
franchise provisions as WELL as criminal
provisions.
• Civil franchise provisions of the vehicle code:
– Are called “infractions” or “civil infractions”.
– Are intended primarily to raise revenue.
– May only be enforced against those who CONSENT
to acquire the civil/franchise status of “driver” AND
who ALREADY work for the government as public
officers domiciled on federal territory not within any
state.
Abuse of the Police Powers
• It is an abuse of the police powers to:
– Use policemen as revenue collectors.
– Incentivize policemen with commissions on each
ticket given.
– Put a policeman on the stand for a civil infraction
matter who has a direct or indirect financial interest
in the outcome. This is a breach of public trust and
conflict of interest.
– Arrest people who are not ALREADY public officers
for refusing to get a “driver” license.
– Give policemen access to any more guns/weaponry
than the citizens themselves may obtain. This
violates equal protection and equal treatment that is
the foundation of the Constitution.

How the DMV/Vehicle Code SCAMS People
• When we want to terminate a driver license,
the DMV will say THEY are the only ones who
can do it and when THEY terminate it, they will
call it a “suspension” and then make us a
criminal if they catch you driving without a
license from SOME government.
• DMV will misrepresent the civil or penal
provisions “code” as law for those who never
applied for a license.
• DMV violate the Fifth Amendment right NOT to
incriminate oneself by taking biometric data in
connection with the license application.
• When we apply for a license, they compel us to be a
public officer in the national government by compelling
the providing of a Social Security Number. This allows
them to:
– Place any burden or tax on you they want.
– Kidnap our legal identity and move it to federal territory not protected by the
Constitution. See 42 U.S.C. §1301 definitions.
– Alienate an Unalienable right in violation of the Declaration of Independence.
– Trade “rights” for “privileges” even though you don’t consent. This violates
the Unconstitutional Conditions Doctrine of the U.S. Supreme Court.
– Convert PRIVATE rights to PUBLIC rights without the consent of the owner.
– Institute a THEFT and taking in violation of the Fifth Amendment.
– Work a purpose OPPOSITE of that for which governments are established,
which is to protect PRIVATE rights. The first step in that process is to keep
PRIVATE rights from being converted to PUBLIC rights without the consent
of the owner. Therefore, the DMV is NOT a government agency, but an ANTI-
GOVERNMENT agency that does the OPPOSITE of what governments are
established to do.
• It’s a SCAM to mix CIVIL and CRIMINAL

law together in one title of code called
the “vehicle code”, and refuse to give
the public “REASONABLE NOTICE”
within each section whether that
section is CIVIL or CRIMINAL.
– It can’t be BOTH.
– Doing so delegates undue discretion to traffic court
personnel.
– Doing so violates the due process of law because it fails to
give “reasonable notice” to the public of what is expected
of them.
– Doing so causes the public to falsely believe that the
section can be enforced against them WITHOUT their
consent.

WHAT IF. . .
– The civil provisions of the “code” are a voluntary
franchise?
– The “code” is not “law” for EVERYONE because it is
a voluntary civil franchise?
– “Traffic court” is a binding arbitration board for
people already INSIDE the government as “public
officers”?
– “Traffic infractions” do not apply to those who do not
consent to acquire the civil status of “driver”?
– It is a crime of THEFT and SLAVERY to FORCE

the right to simply be “left alone” (justice) by a group
of thugs?
– Police are being brain washed by their employer to
enforce a civil religion based on INEQUALITY
between the Government and the People?

their boss and requested a written, signed
response? Do they think they would be terminated,
and if so, are they really SERVING AND PROTECTING

• Police are chronically and frequently violating
their Constitutional oath by NOT knowing
these things or taking them seriously? Do
policemen EVEN care, or is it ONLY about the
money, their pay, and their “benefits”?
• It is a violation of the state Constitution to hear
a case in a franchise court called “traffic court”
against a party who never consented to
acquire a license and who demands a jury
trial?
• If indeed the civil provisions of the vehicle code apply
to EVERYONE, then why would one have to “apply”
(consent) for a “license”.
• Who polices the police? Aren’t they supposed to police
EACH OTHER?
• How can government impose “duties” on
nonconsenting parties without instituting involuntary
servitude in violation of the 13th Amendment?
• Do police blindly follow orders like the Nazis and
illegally injure people and violate their oath with
impunity by simply doing what they are told?
• Do policemen even have the ability to FINALLY THINK
for themself . . . or did PUBLIC/GOVERNMENT school
destroy that?

Sovereignty and gun control
• Sovereigns wrote the Second Amendment. Therefore
there is no reason to object to gun control, so long as:
– The SAME rules apply to police officers.
– No police officer may have any more weaponry than a law abiding
American can have.
– No member of the military operating within the states may have or
acquire any more weaponry than a law abiding American can have.
• The above position is based on the Constitutional
requirement for equal protection and equal treatment.
• Any deviation from the above, turns “government” into
a civil religion with supernatural or superior powers
that then becomes the object of “worship”/obedience
compelled at gun point.

Sovereignty and Taxation
• We are not against paying taxes.
• We don’t object to paying for police, jails, courts, and
the military. We think that EVERYONE should have to
pay for these things and pay the SAME AMOUNT, since
all are protected equally.
• We ONLY object to the following methods of taxation:
– Ability of government to charge people UNEQUALLY for the same service,
such as through graduated taxation.
– No constitutional limits on the percentage of one’s earnings paid for either
federal or state services.
– Ability of government to administratively seize property without a court trial
to pay for taxes. They ought to have to take us to court to collect, just like
we have to do when we want to collect from anyone else. This is a
requirement of equal protection and equal treatment.
– Charging or taxing for services that people DO NOT WANT or DO NOT NEED
beyond the basic services above.
Widespread Government Corruption is the REAL
Reason for the Growth of the Sovereignty Movement
• The sovereignty movement is growing fast mainly

because of widespread government corruption.
• The sovereignty movement is a DEFENSIVE reaction
to:
– The widespread refusal by corrupted public servants to prosecute
THEIR OWN CRIMES.
– The fact that citizens are forbidden by the courts to prosecute these
crimes themselves and the de facto criminals are the ones who refuse
to prosecute the crimes.
– The fact that a corrupted government not only doesn’t protect PRIVATE
property or PRIVATE rights, but ONLY protects its own THEFT of
PRIVATE rights from the public. Thus, we have an ANTI-government
rather than a “government”, because they do the OPPOSITE to what
governments were CREATED to do.
– The fact that public servants refuse to “leave us alone” and terrorize us to
subsidize activities and a so-called “government” that we want NO part of
and are not a “member of”. That’s state sponsored terrorism, not
“government”.

• The quickest way to undermine the growth of

the sovereignty movement is to:
– Prosecute the corruption within the government documented in
the above.
– Directly address the issues raised UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY
in the court record if it is in fact wrong, as required by 26 U.S.C.
§6065.
• Presumptuously (and in violation of due process of law) calling the

above evidence either “bogus” or “frivolous” without directly
rebutting the above evidence with EQUALLY persuasive evidence
only expands the sovereignty movement because:
– Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(b)(6), a failure to deny
constitutes an admission of the facts of evidence no expressly denied.
– It is a crime of witness tampering to “selectively enforce” against those who
expose government corruption in order to silence whistleblowers.
• Calling our research “frivolous” or “bogus” or attempting to civilly
penalize us without offering evidence PROVING that assertion from
our domicile as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 17(b) is:
– A violation of the separation of powers doctrine in which courts are
unconstitutionally acting in a political capacity within the Executive Branch.
– Perpetuates and protects an unconstitutional state-sponsored religion in
which government criminals have a de facto unconstitutional “title of
nobility” or indemnity from prosecution for their crimes.
• If you as a public servant want to know why the sovereignty

movement exists and continues to expand, LOOK IN THE
MIRROR!
Sympathy for people killed in the line of duty
• We feel the pain of those police who have
been shot or whose colleagues have been
killed by violent extremists.

• The fact of the matter is that:
– People like Jerry Kane who allegedly killed police
officers never, to our knowledge, claimed to be a
“sovereign citizen”. We have a copy of HIS ENTIRE
research hard disk and none of it claims he was a
“sovereign citizen”.
– Connecting Jerry Kane with the status of “sovereign
citizen” may be a way to focus underserved attention
on people such as us who DO NOT support violence
against police officers, are not anti-government, and
who don’t advocate or condone breaking any law.
– The reason is that we represent a threat by our ability
to prove the government corruption that makes some
of what you do a criminal offense. CORRUPT
governments ONLY protect themselves, and enslave
rather than protect others.
• Anyone who shoots policemen is a criminal and
ought to go to jail, no matter what they call
themselves, including “sovereign citizen”.
• The same thing applies to policemen who stick up
people at the point of a gun for refusing to contract
with the government to become a statutory
“taxpayer” or “resident” called a “driver”. It’s still a
“stick-up”.
Summary and Conclusions
• Government workers such as police have been
drinking government Kool-Aide their whole career.
• Most of what police do is lawful insofar as it pertains
to enforcing the CRIMINAL laws. We thank God for
the things that police do that ARE lawful.
• The unlawful part is documented in this presentation
and deals primarily with the civil/franchise aspects of
the vehicle code, and the misrepresentation of that
portion of the “CODE” as PUBLIC LAW or law for
EVERYONE.
• Police for the most part didn’t CREATE the
lawlessness documented here, but they are
instruments of it if they don’t question authority.

• Isn’t it time that we all start:

– Reading the law for ourself?
– Questioning authority?
– Not allowing CIVIL “public policy” or a “code” that is
not law for EVERYONE but rather PRIVATE LAW to

RIGHT: the poor, needy, and uninformed?
– Defending the PEOPLE from a corrupted government
