Re: FOIA Request #DOC-NOAA-2015-001634

Dear Mrs. Lucking ,

This letter is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request #DOCNOAA-2015-001634 dated July 26, 2015.
Specifically, you requested a copy of a report generated by a site visit conducted by
Lisamarie Carrubba, NMFS, Puerto Rico, on September 3, 2014. The site visit was to
the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority's project entitled in the Joint
Application , "Construction of a Drill Shaft Wall and a Scouring and Erosion Protection
Structure," located at PR 25R, Km1 .1, Puerta de Tierra , San Juan , Puerto Rico, (AC002533) .
After searching our files , we were unable to locate the report because no report was
prepared for the site visit.
Two pages of personal handwritten notes regarding the site visit were located but have
been withheld because they are not agency records .
Although no report was located during our search , you have the right to appeal a "no
document found " response . Your appeal must be received within 30 calendar days of
the date of the denial letter. Please address your appeal to :
