Counter. Duties included helping customers with a wide range of needs including, but not limited to,
refunds, renting DVDs, money orders and providing secondary assistance to customers who could not be
helped by cashiers. Was looked upon as the main focal point for customers needing assistance.
09/06 - 09/07 Albertsons, Inc. Pharmacy, 11475 E. Via Linda, Scottsdale AZ 85259. Pharmacy Technician
Trainee. Duties included: inputting prescriptions, working the pick up window, as well as the drop off
window, rewrites, interaction with health insurance companies via phone, faxing patients’ doctors refill
requests, prior authorizations, and other miscellaneous related prescription problems. I completed daily
inventory reports, filing hard copies, and inventory stocking. I took care of all customer service problems, as
well as calling to advise patients of changes, prescriptions available for pick-up, refills, etc
