How would I describe myself?

I enjoy learning things every day, look into new ways to accomplish my
work, being very active, and take on new projects.
I consider myself to being a person who enjoys team work; I consider
everyones opinion and their perspective on the issue, helping each other
out to reach a common goal.
I like to focus on the continuous improvement of the area and reaching this
goal is challenging every month.

Education
I chose to pursue a career in what I liked to do, I knew thats what I wanted
and due to my expectative, I knew it was right for me.

Why you should choose me


The choice is up to you, all I can say is that I am a very committed person,
and Im willing to learn and do the best that I can do. Honestly, I would like to
start working now, and the fact that you considered me, is very important to
me.
Why I want this job
Currently, I am in charge of 90% of the fuel stick area due to the fact that
the other engineer is giving support to legacy, because of his experience.
I elaborate information for MA when any material presents a discrepancy, I
pass the information to my PL, I do mark ups.
I discuss changes with my design engineer (jiras mark ups always asks me
about changes we make in the eview, he wants to learn everything about
fuel sticks, and I offered to teach him and explain any change made in the
area)

I review the eview, filminas, and the bom against the picture to make sure
they are the correct ones.
I am completely in charge of all the first parts.
I report any problems in the production line, then generate JIRAS for its
follow up.
I design continuous improvement bases.
I review in their entirety engineering job instructions.

Do you think you have what it takes for the position?


I believe that academic preparation is important, but what Ive learned in the
manufacturing line is the biggest part of knowledge that Ive acquired. I
believe that with this experience I can pass on what little I know to someone
else. This position motivates me, for it will be a big stepping stone in my
professional career.
I was in charge of courses about the JIRA program
When my fellow coworkers asked me to sign them up on a course on how to
utilize the JIRA program, I was very excited because I knew that I could pass
on my knowledge to them. I then created a presentation with everything
that is needed to learn how to use that tool.
Vero Solorzano is my mentor when giving engineering support in the SAP
program.
I learned to utilize the web plan to elaborate a list of where the components
are used, depending of the information imputed, thats the report that
Andres Garcia asks for every week.
I learned to add the ATP, the number of the requirements necessary to run
tests.
Currently, I am learning how to use all the fields of the MD04, from MRP 1 to
MRP 4.
After that, I must learn how to charge demands and all the necessary
requirements to make movements in the SAP platform.

Why do you want to change positions?


Because my expectations have changed, and this position offers more
responsibility and knowledge due to its involvement in every area.

You dont have experience


I believe that being in the manufacturing line offers me a vision of what I am
capable of learning, and I have complete disposition to learn everything
necessary for this job.
