What is sovereignty?
Due to what appear to be radical extremists and uneducated
rebels without a legally valid cause, the concept of
American sovereignty has been erroneously equated to
antigovernment extremism. But that is not an accurate
portrayal. To the contrary:
Sovereignty is the notion of proper self-government,
care, and conduct, in accordance with the principles
of responsibility, honor, integrity, and respect for the
Law and the equal rights of others.

Sovereignty is synonymous
with freedom
The fundamental theory of our systems of government is
local government, self-government. The great doctrine of
the right and capacity of man to govern himself was the
corner-stone, rejected before in the old world, but which in
the new is the chief stone of the corner. It can no longer be
rejected. It is planted deep down in the adamant of our
political structure. He is no longer a subject, he is a
sovereign, crowned with the regal power to govern, and
this local, self-governing freeman admits the right or power of no Federal officer to interfere in
his local, domestic affairs, except through the delegated powers conferred by the Constitutions of
his State and of the Federal Union. (-Edward Hamilton, American Statesman)

This wisdom
undoubtedly lead
them to the desire
for freedom and
self-government.
Furthermore, I
believe the United
States and its
people were
intended to be a
beacon of light
and hope for the
rest of the world and humanity, leading the way to harmony and
true spiritual evolution. In todays world, our country is often
referred to as a hostile state, as an aggressor, and as evil to say
the least. How far we have strayed from our beautiful and
blessed roots.
Myths About
Sovereignty
Myth 1: Individual
sovereignty is the same as
sovereign citizenship.
FACT: They are as different
as night and day. The former
consists of responsible selfgovernment. The latter
consists of immaturity,
irresponsibility, and unlawful
rebellion.
Myth 2: Sovereigns believe
they are above the law.
FACT: There are two classes
of citizenship in the United
States of America. The
United Sovereigns of
America compose the first
class and everyone else, the
second. All current laws are
made to regulate the
activities of second class
citizens. In this regard, yes
U.S.A sovereigns ARE above
U.S. laws.
The great men who started these nations had the foresight to
specifically warn us of potential corruption within our central
government. They warned We, the people of tyranny and
instilled in us the right and duty to reform government in the
event that said corruption had gone too far.
I believe that reform is long overdue. Let me be clear that
reform does not have to mean war; revolution does not have
to require bloodshed.

Myths About
Sovereignty
Myth 3: Sovereignty is
available to all Americans.
FACT: Paupers, vagabonds,
fugitives from justice, and the
mentally-disabled are not
eligible, as it would be
contradictory to the concept
of sovereignty.
Myth 4: Sovereigns are not
American citizens or
nationals.
FACT: They are both citizens
and nationals.
