Hand mixed polyurea joint sealant

Description

Ensure that all joint edges are at 90 angles to grade with

no V-grooving or feather edges.

Fosroc-Nukote JF HM (Hand-Mix) is a two component,

modified aliphatic, rapid setting, self leveling, 100% solids
polyurea.

Application

Features

This material can be applied at temperatures from -1.8C

to as high as 57C.

The product needs to be conditioned at 26C prior to use.

Finishing
After applying Fosroc-Nukote JF HM, wait 60-90 minutes.
Slice off any over-pour flush to grade. Open to traffic once
Fosroc-Nukote JF HM has set.

Uses

Surface can be utilized within 3 hours of application at

24C.

Fosroc-Nukote JF HM is for small repairs on interior and

exterior horizontal concrete surfaces, to repair random
cracks, control joints, and other areas where down time is
limited.

Clean up
Cured product may be disposed of without restriction. Mix
excess A and B material and allow to cure. Check local
and federal laws before disposing of material.

Colors

Storage

Black and medium grey. Custom colors available upon

request.

Fosroc-Nukote JF HM should be stored at room

temperature, 15- 35C.

Packaging

Fosroc-Nukote JF HM has a shelf life of one (1) year from

date of manufacture in original, factory sealed containers.

One 3.8 liter of Side-A and one 0.5 liter can of Side-B.

Limitations

Coverage rate
One 3.8 liters of Fosroc-Nukote JF HM will
approximately 22 linear meters at 100 mm by 50 mm.

Do not use in cracks, construction joints or control surface

is subject to thermal cycling.

Discoloration will occur if exposed to UV, however change

will occur in the physical properties.

Surface preparation

Warning

Allow concrete to cure 28 days before installation. Saw cut

the joint to ACI Recommendations. All joints must be
clean and dry prior to installing Fosroc-Nukote JF HM.

This product contains isocyanates and curatives.

If joint is damp, dry with heat torch. Remove all dust from
the concrete pores prior to installing Fosroc-Nukote JF
HM.
