Masked Subliminals
Masked subliminals are a set of spoken instructions which are hidden in another sound. In this case,
I use the sounds of the ocean surf for one track, and the sounds of a trickling stream for the other.
The result is a recording that sounds like the masking track (ocean surf or trickling stream), but
contains a special set of instructions for your subconscious mind the part of your mind that dreams
at night while you are asleep. Masked subliminals use a method known as volume differencing
to achieve this effect, which means that the instructions are reduced in volume enough to allow
them to still be heard by your subconscious, but your waking mind will not notice or understand
the instructions you are getting.
Masked subliminals are very effective as long as you can reliably hear even the lowest volume parts
of the ocean surf recording. The exception is people who have difficulty hearing, who may find
that masked subliminals dont work for them. If you have light to moderate hearing loss, you will
be much better served by using the ultrasonic subliminal track, especially if you use a hearing aid,
which may cause you to be able to hear the subliminal audio clearly.
Ultrasonic Subliminals
Ultrasonic subliminals are different from masked subliminals in how they make the spoken instructions subliminal. Masked subliminals are true subliminals because the instructions become sub
(below) liminal (the threshold of perception). Ultrasonic subliminals dont use volume differencing, they use pitch differencing instead. The normal pitch of human speech ranges from about 300
Hz up to about 4.5 kHz. However, if you raise the pitch to the upper limits of human hearing into
a range I call the umbra ultrasonic, you end up with speech that can be heard and understood by
the subconscious mind, but is at best barely audible and entirely incomprehensible to the conscious
mind. Played at the right volume, they are virtually silent to the conscious hearing of most adults.
Ultrasonic subliminals arent really subliminals. They are shifting the pitch above the conscious
range of hearing, which makes them not subliminal, but supraliminal. I call them subliminals
because supraliminals are not well known, and its confusing enough for most people to learn
about subliminals as it is!
Ultrasonics also differ from masked subliminals in volume of the subliminal instructions. Masked
format makes the instructions lower in volume to hide them in the masking sound, while ultrasonics
remain at the same volume as whatever else you play on your CD or mp3 player. This makes them
preferable for people with light to moderate hearing loss who are not using hearing aids, not just
because of the volume, but because the pitch makes it possible for the inner ear to respond more
directly to the sound than speech of a normal pitch. In some types of hearing loss, ultrasonics may
still work.

Volume Calibration
General Usage Speakers
Use on speakers should be done in your bedroom so that you are exposed while you sleep and never
have to think about turning the program on or off.
1. Calibrate the volume using your masked trickling stream track for Stage 1. Choose a volume
that is comfortably audible throughout the entire room.
2. Once you have a volume you like with the trickling stream track, fine tune it with the ocean
surf track to make sure you can clearly hear the lowest volume areas of the ocean surf track
anywhere in the room that you will be during usage. The result will be the optimal volume
for use of the program.
3. Choose the format and track you prefer to use.
4. Set your program to play on loop mode.
5. Play Stage 1 of the program through speakers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 2 weeks (14
days) straight in your bedroom, so that whenever you are in your bedroom, you are being
exposed automatically.
6. Listen to the program on headphones or ear buds at least an hour a day in addition to the
listening through speakers. One hour or two half hour sessions per day is suggested.
7. When you have finished the first two weeks, switch to the next stage and repeat the process.
8. Keep using the program through all six stages. If you are still smoking when you start Stage 5,
finish the set and then repeat the use of all six stages in order, but this time make a conscious
effort to stop smoking during the second run-through.
Its that simple.
FAQ
What should I expect?
In the beginning, you can expect that the program will make you tired. This is normal, and is just
your brain responding to being forced to work harder than usual. It will fade away after a few days
to a week, as your brain gets used to being more active. If it does not, you are probably using the
program too many hours per day.
Because it is causing your brain to recieve massive amounts of information very rapidly, this program
may affect your sleep, especially during the first week of use. You may find yourself having much
more obvious, strange and vivid dreams. This is normal, and is just a sign that your subconscious
is being affected by and processing the program. While your sleep should not be disrupted, if you
suspect that the program is disrupting or preventing your sleep, and this effect lasts for more than
a few days in a row, simply use it during the day instead.
The program is designed to be easy to use. Calibrate volume, set it to loop. Every two weeks (use
a calendar!), switch to a different stage. Otherwise, just let it play, and wait for it to work. It will
do the rest.
What happens is that as time goes on, youll find yourself simply losing interest in cigarettes and
smoking. Youll be smoking less and less until finally one day youll just wake up and be a nonsmoker, with no desire to smoke anymore. It sounds incredible, but thats really how it happens
when you use it properly. You dont have to struggle, and you dont have to worry about anxiety,
irritability or anything like that. Some people (not everyone) may experience a slight weight gain
of between 1 and 10 pounds for the first few weeks or months after quitting, but the weight usually
comes off easily after that without much effort. Its faster if you make yourself more active.
The more you want to quit, the faster it usually happens. Some people are more resistant than
others. The vast majority of people will quit smoking within 4 to 8 weeks. Some may find themselves

quitting in one week or less; others may need to use all six stages twice in a row. Regardless of
when you quit, you should use all six stages fully. While you may have quit long before getting to
Stage 6, using all six stages at least once will make the effects long term or permanent.
If you are still smoking after switching to Stage 5 of the first run-through, you should run through
the program a second time even if you quit before you finish.

2. Any subversive programming would be discovered eventually, because the subconscious and
conscious minds do communicate, and sooner or later, your conscious mind would become
aware of the subversive programming. If this were to occur, it would destroy my whole
business which is based on creating a useful, safe and effective product that people can
trust. It would be flat out stupid to throw away seven years and counting of very hard work
that way.
3. The whole point is not to take away your self control, but to enhance it so you can use it to
help yourself overcome smoking. This program really will actually enhance and increase your
self control. Instead of controlling you, the program works to shift your point of view and
beliefs to those of a non-smoker, and as a result, you naturally become a non-smoker. It is not
the program making you do it, it is the program guiding you to choose to do it subconsciously.
If the program were actually controlling you, resistance would be impossible, and I would be
the worlds first trillionaire. So if you are going to use this program, allow it to work, and
cooperate with it.
Every effort has been made to prevent resistance through careful wording of the script. However,
stubbornness is usually a result of a personality that has not yet learned how to properly balance
its strength of will. When that lesson is learned, stubbornness becomes strong will; before it is
learned, stubbornness is simply blind refusal to act or be influenced purely for the sake of resisting.
My recommendation if you are still smoking after 24 weeks of use is to put the program away and
use it again every 6 months. You will make progress each time you use it, and eventually it will
break through. However, if you have used it twice, and are still smoking, you are entitled to a full
refund at that point.
Can I use this stop smoking method with another stop smoking method?
No.
This program is designed to be safe, useful and effective when used by itself. Because I cannot know
how other stop smoking methods will affect you or how they all work or are designed and built, I
can only guarantee that this program is safe, useful and effective if it is used by itself. Therefore,
do not attempt to use this program with any other stop smoking method!
What if I have used the whole program, successfully quit smoking with
it, and then at some later date started smoking again?
You should immediately start using the whole set over again to stop the smoking process. While I
dont believe this will ever happen, if it does, youll know how to handle it.
The second step, if the first step did not help, is to reduce the number of hours per day you get
exposure to the program. It is possible that under certain circumstances, overexposure can trigger
headaches. Usually, this will be a case where something else is actually the cause, and overexposure
simply pushed it over the edge. If lowering the volume did not help, simply reduce the number
of hours of exposure you get per day by one and see if that helps. Again, stop exposure until the
headache goes away. In this case it may take a little longer than 15 minutes to go away without
painkillers, but should not take more than half an hour. If it does, its probably not the program.
Once the headache is gone, start use again, but reduce the daily exposure by one hour. If this has
not solved the problem after a few days, lower it one more hour. In no case should you go below
one hour of exposure per day, and if you are only getting one hour, use headphones.
