You are required to answer all Questions and answers must be in accordance
with the step by step pictorial.
1. How to create a table
Steps:
a) Open Microsoft Access 2010, and click Blank Database. You need to
name your database as dbStudent.accdb and save it into a specified folder.
Click Create.
b) In the database, you will see Table1, which is the default name created
by Access. The datasheet view of Table1 is on the right hand side of the
database. Right click Table1 on the top of the datasheet view and choose
Design View. In the pop up window, rename the table as tblStudent.
c) Input the field name and choose the data type as shown in Figure 1.
d) Set the first field StudentID as the primary key by right clicking the
very beginning of the first row. Now, the design of the table Jabatan is
completed.

After you create the blackdatebase and you go to create and go to Table.

And now you need to write the table . Go to View and go to Design View for
create new name of table

2. How to create a Query

First thing you need pick your table and click to Query design

For example I pick 2 table to create some Query .

First table is Jabatan

Please double click to Jabatan for the the Query at bottom

3. How to create a Form

First pick your table and click to

After you open the Form. Its become like this

And this will happen.From Design view change to Form.

4. Create reports Click Create on the menu and then Report Wizards.
Select the query you just generated and select all the fields. Follow the

instructions to create your own report based on the query you just
created: qryStudentCourse.

When you click to report this for first look

For Example:-

You not only can do 1 Database but you can do more then that.Before you use it.
You must finish your table to create some Reports.Its easy to do use it.Just follow
the flow and you sure get it.

5. How to create a Relationships

First thing you need to click Database tools and Click to Relationships

This looks like when you click to Relationships at Database Tools

When you open 2 table and the same time when you click relationships this will

looks like
First thing you must to do the straight line Name table Namajabatan to
Jabatan is you need to click to Namajabatan Table . Click to Jabatan word at
Namajabatan table and slide to Jabatan.
After that you need to click.
And tick right Enforce referential integrity,Cascade update related fields, and
cascade delete related records.
If you wanna make the straight line become like that Picture you must to know
the Relationship type become the One-To-Many and Press Ok
