Japan Non Project Grant Aid (JNPGA) of housing materials for the construction of
722 housing units and 2 multi-purpose buildings for the victims of Typhoon

SPECIAL REPORT/S:
i.
Councilor Nadya Emano- Elipe reported that the budget for the City Museum/Historical
Commission has not been released to them by the present administration, among other
issues and concerns, thereby affecting its operations.
Action Taken: The report and all the reactions thereof were referred to the Committees
on Tourism and on Finance. The Body also adopted Resolution No.
12144-2015.
ii.
Councilor President D. Elipe reported about the costs of the construction of multi-level
school buildings funded under the citys Special Education Fund, presented some
comparative costing thereof, as well as the copies of the ads posted in Philgeps which
made it appear that said projects had budgets approved by the Sanggunian.
Action Taken: The Body adopted Resolution No. 12143-2015 and Motion No. 221852015.

ON MINUTES OF THE 102ND REGULAR SESSION ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2015
At this juncture, Councilor Adrian L. Barba moved for the suspension of the House Rules, duly seconded by
Councilor Dante B. Pajo, to allow Mr. Ariel Ceniza of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro to address the Body and
introduce the Rotary Youth City Vice Mayor and Councilors for recognition and allow them to participate in the
proceedings, pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by and between the City Government, the
Department of Education and the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro.
